I’ve had an on-and-off mouse problem for years and was beginning to lose hope, but they were quick to send a technician to my home and set bait where my pet can’t reach them. There staff is wonderful , they respond quickly to phone calls and to jobs they take the time to answer my questions and any concerns i have. Derrick and jermaine had come to do a job at my house and all i can say is they are such nice guys! They are very professional! I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right !

This is our second summer using bug runner. Besides their usual scheduled times to come out to your house, you can also call them whenever you experience an issue and they will come out and take care of it! Would recommend!

Quality of service has suffered dramatically this year. May have to change service provider because of the decline.

We haven’t used them more than once or twice but so far so good! The house backs up to woods so we get the most gnarly of spiders when it gets muggy, wet and shady. The owner is wonderful, very personable.

I**UPDATE** Since leaving my original review the owner of the company personally reached out to me (the bery next day) and was very apologetic for the service I received. He sent a new tech out the following day who was very experienced and knowledgeable about the issues I was having. Hes come back twice in one week and he also called me to follow up. As of now the bee problem is almost gone after two treatments! At this point I will be sticking with this company as they showed sincerity and worked hard to do right by me after having the issues we had with the first tech. Could have just been a bad day for the original tech or a lack of communication between the tech and the company? Either way my pests are now being kept at bay and their customer service is spot on since my original review. I had an estimated service window from 9-12. No one showed or called. I called the company at 12:10 asking when I could expect someone and they stated the tech was running late and it would be at least another 30 mins. (Annoying and they should have called me as I took half a day off work to be there to give them access to the house). When the tech arrived he was there to treat carpenter bees, put out mouse traps and spray for centipedes. He looked highly confused and stated no one at the office mentioned bees. He also was unprepared and didnt have a ldder high enough to reach the second story of my house. He told me “someone will come on monday to do the bees”. Its monday at almost 8pm, no one showed up today to treat the bees. Highly annoyed and this was my first experience with them.

Doug is super fast and reliable for setting up the termite traps. In terms of assessment, he was honest with the pricing and the work that needs to be done. Working with the administrative assistant for the paper work and payment was easy and smooth. When there was an issue with one Trap, doug came right away and was able to fix it immediately

Mike was knowledgeable and thorough, and a great representative for Bug Runner. He carefully sprayed the entire house! A very positive experience .

Bug Runner took care of our pest issue efficiently and the issue seems to be corrected. Pete knew exactly what to do and he instructed us thoroughly on what we needed to do to handle the problem. We would definitely recommend Bug Runner to others.

The technician was on-time, polite and thorough in investigating our problem. If we have another issue I will definitely call them again.
