I would like to report a driver who gave me the finger and told me he didn't care. They are rude and drive too fast in residential areas. This happened today in Raritan, NJ. He got off the truck and I thought he was going to apologize, but he complained and almost hit me. I was riding my bike. I have the license plate number.

We have been with them over 25 years and they did not show up for the service and we waited 4 hours at the house for them to do the inside. We told them we wanted the inside done. We called to reschedule and they could not do it for at least 5 or 6 days and we told them we needed it done within 4 days because they would not be able to access the inside after 4 days due to our unavailability. There was no effort to accommodate us. We called to cancel the service. They did say we were with them for 25 years - yes - but there was no attempt on their part to keep us and try to find an appointment within the 4 day window. They are not customer focused. Very disappointed.

***THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM*** They never came and did the promised annual inspection, even after multiple times of contacting them about it. Since it was impossible to get anyone to come out to our home to do the inspection, which is supposed to be included with the subscription, we decided we had no choice but to cancel - there is no point in the service if no professional comes and verifies it's efficacy. But attempting to cancel service is also an absolute fiasco. After we called to cancel the first time (early August), someone from the retention department contacted us (mid-August) to ask if there was any way we would continue service. This is an obnoxious question to be asked when you've spent a month just trying to receive the basic service you already paid for, so we tersely said "no," and that should have been that. But apparently the retention employee marked us down to continue service, probably to improve their personal metrics - which brings us to now, mid-September, and we are currently on the phone with them (Christina and Keisha) again after noticing that they never stopped charging us. Fingers crossed that this is the call - the call that will finally ensure that Terminix stops non-consensually charging us a monthly fee for a service they have not yet provided. *Edit* TO THE OWNER REPLY: We should not have to reach out to you and explain for a fourth time what has happened; you should have many, many notes about our situation, and at this point, you should be reaching out to us with written proof of cancellation.

We are new Terminix customers and my issue is specifically about their predatory termite inspections. We purchased our home 8 years ago and our home was cleared for termites. Since that time we have used another large pest control company who have never found evidence of termites. I took their free Termite home inspection and this guy pointed out 2 old areas that came up during our home inspection as remediated termite areas. No new areas have emerged in the entire 8 years we have lived in Thai home. Additionally, we have done extensive renovations both inside and outside the home where walls were ripped to the studs, or in several cases demoed through to the exterior. In no case did we ever find any evidence of termites. This “expert” claims we have an infestation hiding in our walls and we have to spend a lot of money to get this fixed. What an absolute clown. Terminix please cancel this predatory service. I bet you scare so many customers into spending unnecessary money with your fear tactics.

I’ve been dealing with same issue SINCE JANUARY!! Worst company and worst experience EVER there are still squirrels in my attic, i made an appointment TWICE and have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to message me and set an actual date and time and randomly a guy shows up for 2 mins when no one was home, no one was expecting him and I’ve been putting in a request for TWO people to come since January the first guy that came had to leave and asked us to make another appointment because it’s a TWO PERSON JOB , i set another appointment SAME PROBLEM STILL SENT 1 PERSON.. This is the worst company I can’t believe i am still dealing with this problem it’s should’ve been fixed! and TRUST i will be blasting this company on all of my social media

He came last Saturday on April 26th and fortunately one of our priests was able to grant access to our facility. Problem wasn't resolved after spending $1600.00. I still had a raccoon in my attic the same day of service. I called Saturday to advise company. It's Monday and noone has called me back. SCAMMERS

UPDATE: I was told that a member of their team would be reaching out to me shortly Eleven days later, I have yet to receive any communication from Terminix. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with Terminix's customer service and would not recommend their services to anyone. If you are looking for a pest control company that values its customers and provides reliable service, I highly recommend Orkin. Jordan is my tech and he is very professional. I had a very disappointing experience with Terminix. The customer service was horrible. Despite numerous attempts to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly told to wait 24-48 hours, but no manager ever called me back. The pest control treatment did not work, and when I tried to cancel within 30 days, they refused to return my money. I would not recommend Terminix based on my experience.

Strongly suggest everyone to avoid this company. Their teach ghosted me three times. I have to spend over 10 minutes on hold by calling their customer service. And the only answer they could gave me is that "I left voicemail/email to the branch manager and you should receive a call back later". Unfortunately, I try 6 times and still no one call me back to explain. Enough is enough. I cancelled my service after then. If you don't want to waste your time, please find someone else. There are many other choices in this market.

I have called asking someone to come out to take a look at my mice problem since we found one on the trap hanging from the basement ceiling. I was told I didn’t have the correct contract for someone to come out monthly to check traps and such. He then set me up to have my house evaluated again and they never showed. A day later they called and I explained the problem and was told a technician will come out the next day to check traps and such. Once again that person never showed. I get charged monthly for a service where I’ve only seen them twice this year. One time was when the traps were installed and the second time I had to call and ask for a technician to come out. Horrible since I’ve been paying now since January. I highly recommend going elsewhere because they clearly don’t care about their customers and only want your money for doing nothing.
