We've been using Broehl's Lawn Maintenance to care for our lawn going on 25 years. They are meticulous in their work and proactive. I rarely need to call them about any issues. And when I do, the office is always responsive. They communicate via email and text regarding watering tips, chemicals, etc. Their irrigation specialist, Doug, is professional and knowledgeable.

We have been Broehl’s customers for a number of years now. What we love best about them is their employees- they are friendly, respectful, and reactive- responding to any lawn issues we might have. The main office is just as responsive as the fellows that take care of our lawn.

I don't know how we got so lucky to choose Broehl's but we are so happy we found them. They do such great work. Reliable, timely, responsive, and great yard work and landscaping help when we need it. What can I say? I have been using broehls for years. Before them I kept changing landscapers every year because I wasn’t happy. Now I everyone who comes by compliments me on my lawn and that’s because of the great job they do. They’re also responsible for trimming large bushes of mine and keeping my grass healthy. Always looks sharp.

We have had our share of lawn “ experts” a ton of Bs’ers! But Brohel’s comes though with quality, customer care, excellent management , clear and precise vision of projects and is creative. Alex is amazing and always gets back to you . Be patient and kind , they are busy! She always gets back with in a business day. Long, is very creative , listens, can cordially agree to disagree and shows reasons why , educates you on lawn care and plant care. Once you have a clear reason for treatments and see results , you realize it’s best to leave to the professionals . If you want to have the BEST lawn and back yard on the block, call them. You know the saying , you get what you pay for . Quality, professionalism, and a great , final product all seasons long ! Pay ahead of time before season starts and save ! ZERO STARS! I live next to a firehouse and seriously every single weekend these guys are here at 8am on Saturday or Sunday. It's funny because I see other reviews where they're not getting their lawns cut for over 2 weeks, yet they are next door EVERY WEEKEND. The whole time they're here they just drive iver the same spot 10 times and the guy with weed whacker isn't whacking anything but stays in one spot for 10 minutes. I guess there's no more sleeping in or enjoying my weekends. Why is it you guys can't come during the week to work a commercial property? Why is it that you HAVE to come first thing in the morning? Can you not come in the afternoon? And the thing that gets me the most is the fact they the actual office is closed on the weekends so you can't even speak to someone if you wanted to. All I'm saying is it would be great to have some consideration for the people who actually LIVE there and just come later in the day. Is that so hard??

My grade is 0 stars. I had been a customer of Broehl's Lawn maintenance for over 15 years and I had no complaints until the original owner, John Broehl, sold the company to Long Chang in February of 2020. The service declined significantly and my lawn wasn't cut for over two weeks at a time. It looked disgraceful. I contacted the company on several occasions to inquire about when my lawn would be cut and Mr. Chang verbally scolded me for complaining and abruptly dropped me as a customer. He claims to have a labor shortage, but he has no customer service skills. I would avoid this lawn service at all costs. Mr Chang is clearly not equipped to run a service where he has to deal with customers.
