I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their service! From the start, the team was professional and thorough. They took the time to explain the process, how the treatments work, and answered all my questions. The technicians were prompt, friendly, and made sure to cover all the areas around my property, including the yard, garden, and any entry points where insects could be coming in. Since the treatment, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in mosquitoes, ants, and other pests. It's been such a relief to be able to spend time outdoors without being constantly swarmed by bugs! We have used Aspenn Environmental services for the past 8 years. We have had little to no bugs around our home. They call before and after treatment to make sure we are satisfied with the service. They provide several different options that fit your home and budget. Highly recommend this company. All of their chemicals are environmentally and pet safe.

I have had Aspenn spray my lawn & trees for quite a while now. Last year when I had an infestation of Lantern flies the tech who sprayed did an excellent job and I no longer had the problem.

I had some issues with my lawn. Aspenn took care of it. My yard looks incredible. I am very happy with the results

Aspenn showed up at our door two years ago. I didnt have much interest but my wife insisted that we give them a try. The results were immediately felt. This year was different with the excessive rain to start the season. I called Aspenn after there first service because i questioned the possible effectiveness with all the water on the ground. Aspenn clearly explained why the process would still work AND came back the following week on a dry day and did it again at no cost to me. Thank you Aspenn

Great service, I see a notable difference after a spray. Especially the ant treatment, I haven't seen an ant since the last treatment.

Came home to find a sprayed pesticide sign on my property. This company sprayed the wrong property. I have all organic gardens in my home which are now completely ruined by this mistake. I have left messages and thus far i have no call back. Reading the reviews on google this happened just 3 months ago on a different property. Clearly you are not able to get your system in order as this keeps happening. Just from this standpoint alone i wouldn't trust anything that comes from this company

Hired them for our dog rescue facility. Started out fine then as time went on they started not showing up or quickly treating the bushes in our parking g lot and leaving without treating the back yards where the dogs play. (The main area we hired them for!) We paid for 3 treatments that we didn’t receive so we cancelled their service and hired another company but they still billed us one last time. They were so nasty when we cancelled. We called multiple times to correct the bill .., now dealing with collections. They actually owe us money for the 3 treatments we paid for and didn’t receive. They had our card on file so they charged it regularly but they didn’t charge the last treatment because we cancelled so they mailed bills instead. Stay away from this place!

The service did not meet my expectations. The person who called me was very rude when I denied for the fall spray to the point of hanging out on me. Not the way to treat customers😡

Very disappointed with their service. They never came on exact scheduled day (for any reasons). The last time they came and provide service without our permission. The week before, we refused from their service. I never knew if they treat every parts of yard:front and back. When I asked them:Did you treat back of my yard? They asked me: Was your gate open?

I had them spray for fleas ticks and mosquitoes and they told me it would kill other things too I had this done on June 8th 10 days later my dog's got fleas walking on her and I had mosquitoes buzzing my ear

He cold called me to tell me he's servicing my area and he serviced my house last year (I didn't have ownership when it was serviced last year). When I told him I'm actually moving out of the area this weekend and he can please take this number off of their call lists, his response to me was "Well Listen, I'm not going to spend the rest of my day looking for some lists with your number on it" At this point I just hung up. I simply told him I was no longer going to be living in this area and it only makes sense if he's calling me he has my number on some list somewhere? My area code isn't even from anywhere around here so it can't be autogenerated? Eitherway, Very rude in response to a simple, neutral "No Thank You"

I was cold called by this company so I gave them a try. I saw zero results. I had to go buy my own product. If you want something done right just do it yourself I guess. They claim they covered the whole property but I have serious doubts as to whether they did that or "dug" an alleged "mosquito pit/trap" which was promised and I never saw. They are great at educating you on bugs. Great talkers. Less good at controlling insect populations. Then I get a call from the office about not paying the bill. Let me ask you? If you ordered a cheeseburger and a company handed you an empty bun would you pay for it? I've decided not to pay the bill. I was cold called. I felt pressured. And after I told them I wasn't happy with the service they said they had my verbal authorization on tape, which is all they need in the state of NJ. Well good, then they have the high pressure tactics and the fifty times I said no thanks before I finally caved. See you in court. That's against the consumer fraud act buddy.

Don’t call or email them. They will harass you incessantly. Then they’ll start texting you at night and holidays. They’re the used car salesmen of pest control. Maybe after I didn’t answer the first 10 calls they’d get the hint but no.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME OR YOUR CAMERAS ARE ON,!!! I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE (on my camera) THAT THE PERSON ONLY SPRAYED A SMALL PORTION OF MY FOUNDATION B/C I WASN’T HOME AND WHEN I PULLED UP, THATS WHEN HE ACTUALLY SPRAYED AROUND THE ENTIRE HOUSE WITH THE SECOND TREATMENT.. unfortunately, This was not the first time I saw this, It happened to my neighbor 2yrs ago, I watched from my window and saw the worker sprayed one side of her house in less than 3 mins he was packing up to leave and I had to come out and confront him. Then he not only completed the job, he gave me a free spay as well.

Company is shady. All the chemicals they so call use for mosquitos tics pesticide and whatever else is ALL the same product. Yet the charge for this and that as the season goes on. Its all the same thing, all comes out of one big holding container in the warehouse which they fill into each truck daily..and into a leaf pack blower and the spot spray.. big scam! Nothing in the shop area but 4-5 vans and a big container of mystery liquid.. And if u have a big piece of property your lucky they will do a quarter of it. Don’t fall for it! Save your money!!!! But their customers fall for the big pitch these guys give you.. they are very smooth on the phone in the sales office.. joking about boom we got another sucker.
