I have used Ace Walco for years. They have been quick to respond when I have an insect problem. Literally, ants, yellow jackets, hornets and now termites! Patrick and Lou were so informative and helpful. So glad I have their Tri-Pak plan!

Absolutely Awesome Service! Gregory H came to did was to remove his shoes out of respect so as to not tracking in any dirt. It was not even necessary but I thought that was so respectful, he immediately won me over. He spent 15 minutes with me checking on each area of concern and not only did he treat the area but he thoroughly explained the process. I can't say enough about Greg H. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I will continue using Ace Walco and hopefully Greg H. as my technician (although I am sure all of the tecs are great....) Thank you Greg H. & Ace Walco for as soon to be ant free home!

There are no words to describe how amazing Patrick has been when servicing our home. He makes sure to cover every inch that I worry about (inside and out), he’s super brave with bugs (which I am not!) and he’s very flexible with our weird hours. We have been using this company for over five years and we are extremely happy with their work. If anything pops up and we need them in between service calls, they’ll come—it’s part of the service! Anyone that has come has been very helpful and professional, however Patrick has been our go-to guy for a few years now. If you’re looking for a good company for regular pest control, with reasonable pricing (one fee for annual service), give Ace Walco a call!

One of the best exterminators I’ve ever used Not just friendly and nice but Reasonably priced , and family run.!! They take their time to explain everything and make sure you fully understand. this company is a family run business and it comes from my town years ago when I was younger growing up, they were in Kearny. that’s where they started. They had little red trucks now they got bigger blue ones. But I wanted to specifically comment about their customer service. Which is unbelievable. Not to mention, they answer every single crazy question people like my mother has ever thrown them. Miguel has been coming to my house for a while. He is absolutely fantastic young kid very tenacious. he does his job no screwing around. knows exactly what he’s doing. Check every single trap inside and out and happily so I’ll let you know nothing again for the third time in a row. Their prices are great and you get that touch that you don’t get from freaking Terminix or whatever the other one is OK those gigantic ones western I think it might be? they don’t give you that. it’s the difference between going to a local pharmacy and CVS where you’re just a number. I highly recommend them and if you can get Miguel you’re a lucky person. And when you only see somebody once every 3 to 6 months because you’re not home with that particular time when they come in somebody else answered the door….. for them to know your name when they walk up it’s really nice not your last name your first name

Absolutely do NOT recommend this pest control company. We found 2 spots where yellow jackets were building nests around our house, one of which was in our ceiling and we could hear activity, and Ace Walco was the only company that seemed local and available to come out quickly. The guy who came by just to check it out was friendly, wrote up an estimate for $421 to take care of two areas. A guy came out the next day and made a mention of being afraid of bees...not a great sign. He haphazardly sprayed the nests with a liquid poison from outside of the house and recommended we call back if not gone 5 days later. It seemed fine for a day or two until they came back full force and were now entering our house. We saw at least 20 per day inside so we called back as we're still under warranty. I am pregnant so its making me very anxious to have yellowjackets stinging me randomly throughout the day. I called on a Friday morning hoping someone could come out same day or Saturday, I was told no one is in the area and Saturdays are "only for paid services". Actually insane to me considering I paid quite a bit a week earlier for a service that was unsuccessful. I made enough of a stink for them to send someone out on Saturday and, because we are not bee experts who could point out how they were getting in, this new guy shrugged it off. He then dusted our window sill where many of the bees went to die essentially to shut us up so he could go to his next job. He did nothing to the nests and insisted they were dead (spoiler: they weren't) Its been a week with zero improvement. Its like the nests got stronger. We had someone else come out to help us and they were SHOCKED to see they just left exposed dust in the window and have advised me to notify my doctor because this exposure could be incredibly risky for my pregnancy. This company FINALLY took us seriously and treated the nests from the inside which proved how many yellowjackets were still active in the original problem nest that the two previous Ace guys were casual about. They were also insanely more affordable than Ace Walco. Completely careless behavior.

Driver is reckless and cuts people off/drives like a maniac for no reason. Do not recommend.
I called to cancel a contract that started in May. Needless to say I never see a tech doing normal visits. Called 3 times and told a manager would return the call. Still waiting. A refund of some sort should be granted as there was never a service call made.

We have used Central Extermination/ Ace Wilco for over 25 years. I recently called them and told them that I haven't received a bill in a long time and that I wanted them to come and check for termites. I used to pay maybe $180.00 a year and was told it was no longer a renewable quote, and would have to pay $1200.00!! I used to have 2 contracts, Carpenter ants and termite. They never came once a year to check our property, only if I called with a problem. I spoke to a gentleman this morning and was told there's nothing they could do. I know this a family business and I'm so disappointed and shocked. Very poor business. Never again would I use or recommend Ace Wilco,!
I spoke with a customer service rep. on Sat. 054/30/2022 made an appointment for the following sat. 05/07 between the hours of 10am-2pm. I get a call from the tech. on Friday 05/06 at about 11:45am saying that he is there treated outside the garage and could not get inside the house. I said correct because the appointment was for tomorrow Sat. 05/07, I am home on sats. So he says ok i'll call the office and say you want to reschedule. I am like if I made it for sat. what makes you think I can do a weekday. I call the office to find out what happened, I speak to the manager and the manager tells me they do not do weekend appointments. This company does not know what they are doing, do not use them.

Just got off the phone with our manager, Natasha, and she said that she never spoke with you. We do provide services on Saturday's (from 9-12), so we can be out there tomorrow for the original time that was scheduled. Would tomorrow work for you? May I please have your last name so I can take a deeper look into why this misunderstanding occurred? Again, I greatly apologize for the miscommunication.
I’m taking the time to do this review because I had a very very bad experience. My appointment was from 1 PM to 4 PM. The name of the person that was the service my house is Ronnie. These review Is about Ronnie. I was waiting since 1 PM for ronnie to get to my house and he called me at 1:40 PM saying that he was in front of my house. I told him give me five minutes because I stepped out to get something to eat. His response was, you should have been here because you knew I was coming! I told Ronny that I was waiting since 1 PM and I got hungry and I went to get something to eat close by. He didn’t want to give me five minutes saying that he had a busy schedule. I told him so I have to wait for you almost an hour and you couldn’t give me five minutes to arrive home. I took the day off and paid this company a lot of money and the least I deserve is five minutes. I don’t have any complaints about the quality of work for the company does so far great work but you can’t allow one employee to damage your reputation. I own a business and I deal with customers every day and I’m not willing to lose a customer because of an employee having a bad day. I called the company and explained every. Manager was really good offering me to send somebody else the same day to complete the service. Again I want to emphasize that this review it’s about the employee not the company. Thanks
Called them 3/25 4:12PM and scheduled something for Monday 3/29. The person I talked too said they will be at my house between 10-2. Come Monday called the company again and asked for confirmation and now I'm not in the schedule for the day. Poor customer service. P.s. Nothing was mentioned on the phone that they can send somebody for the day. This was mentioned after I posted this review

I'm not satisfied with the service at all. The technician was not explaining anything and even he underestimated my mouse problem, that I shouldn't worry that much!!!. I asked him from where that he can tell the mice came to my apartment so I can seal any thing and prevent this happens again. He said I don't know, they can come in from anywhere, so what are you doing if you don't know your job!!! He put some cheap glue traps that I actually did before he came, even better. No single mouse was catched so far, it has been a week.

I used this company on a house in Rutherford NJ. This company charged me $2,200 for termite service and carpenter bee service The person, who sold me the contract, told me this includes a certificate to prove to the buyer of the house that termite service was performed. The 2 guys spent only a few hours to do the job. The next day, I had to call them back to finish up what they missed and promised me. The issue was that I had to take 2 days off from work for them to work on the house. I called the company up for the certificate but the lady on the phone told me that there is a fee for that. I explained to her that the guy who sold me the contract said it came with the price that I paid. The lady said that guy was just a sales guy that said anything to get the sale. Just beware!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for any confusion. Termite certificates typically require a fee; however, since you bought a service, you should have been provided the certificate free of charge. If you ended up paying extra for the certificate we can reimburse you. Secondly, we tried to look you up in our system and are unable to find you. Can you please provide us with a contact number or call 908-868-9606 to make sure the job has been completed to your satisfaction and to make sure you are compensated for the certificate (if you were accidentally charged the certificate fee). Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Used to use central exterminators who came to us quarterly. They always called first, charged an adequate amount. This company took them over a few years ago, and charges $530 for one year just for termite control outside (I have pets inside the home, so they can't perform the service inside the home). They do not reduce the amount because they perform less service. They never ever call that they are coming. We had to call them to come back (how do we know that they performed the service?) I would never recommend them ever. Try a different company.
