First I talked to Tony. He was very knowledgeable and he didn’t try to nickel and dime me for everything. He took the time to listen to what we needed and educated us on what are issue was. Then Derek came out to get rid of the yellowjackets and he found the nest and caught the queen. Within 24hrs our infestation dropped drastically.
