Jacob very professional excellent at his job he's always on time it definitely makes a difference He’s Dedicated & goes over & Beyond to fix the situation been been w/7 months due to other tenants he’s worked really Hard to fix the whole building when your technician really wants to help I always recommend Jacob to everyone who's looking for pest control bug a boo secretaryNicole has been amazing w/ scheduling n responding back as fast as she’s able If anyone is looking call Bug a boo there the best understanding reasonable and they really work hard with you

Jerrell is great, he is really good with our residents and takes the time to let us know if follow ups are needed, and what was done in each unit so we can relay this info to a tenant if they ask.

Absolutely disgusting company. Put a trap on top of an apartment building a few away from mine that trapped baby squirrels for 2 days without food and water as the mom stayed nearby and cried. One of the tenants had to call animal control for help and the FD had to come get them down.

We apologize for the frustration this has caused you. When we got the message that the squirrels were trapped, we prioritized and scheduled for our wildlife supervisor to come down early the next morning, before his other jobs, to take care of this. (Originally it had been on the schedule for later that morning, for the tech to check the trap.) However, when he arrived, you had already made other arrangements.
All I can say is that we booked a time two days in advance for when the technician will be able to come and we planed our day accordingly The night before the job we get a text “just confirming your slot” with total different hours! When we complained about the very short “notice” we were told “I’m sorry but we have to change things around for our technician schedule! Was very unimpressed with such service.

We apologize for this as we pride ourselves in providing great customer service. We are working with a new system to optimize our routes and all new systems come with some glitches that take time to iron out.
The service person Benny called for the appointment and showed up exactly when he said did the job and sent me pictures. He was fast and thorough. I have used them before and will continue to use them in the future. They get the job done quickly and efficiently

These guys do the BARE minimum. They came to our apartment to patch holes to prevent rodents from getting in and only did the kitchen, didn’t even bother to look at the rest of the apartment for holes. They also left a huge mess and didn’t clean up at all. They also provided a four hour windows which they were supposed to come and came one hour past that window without any kind of heads up. Highly encourage everyone to avoid this place if you care about getting good service.

We assume from this, that you are posting this review on the wrong pest control company. There are quite a few other Bugaboo Pest Control companies and we are not affiliated with any of them. The exterminator was visibly sleep deprived or else intoxicated, didn't wear a uniform, didn't use his mask (even while applying poison), ignored our instructions to keep things safe for our toddler and cat safe three times in less than 30 minutes, and identified but did not patch any holes. When asked to fix the holes, he said that he "didn't have the supplies" and left after checking a store or two on the block. (Zero plans to follow up.)

Really unhappy with their service. The employee appeared intoxicated. We had them come for a rat problem (inside and outside). We told him because of a young child we did not want any poison in the house only holes filled and poison outside. He immediately put down poison in our daughters bedroom anyway. He also left before filling the holes he did find - he said he didn’t have the materials to do so.

Had an awful experience with Bugaboo pest control people. They missed diagnosing termite that I had. I had to point it out to the so called experienced worker they sent out. I had to point it out to the expert. They sent me out the next day another worker who was supposed to take care of the termite. Except that he came without the necessary tools that he needed to take care if the termutes. I have no trust that Bugaboi pest Control can take care of our termite problems. He went ahead and charged my account for $181. 26. For nothing .I would Not recommend this Bugaboo Pest Control. They don't know what there doing. Save your Money and go to another reputable pest control.

We are sorry that you feel this way. However, you originally requested that the technician only check the exterior. The issue that you pointed out was in the threshold of the doorway and the technician would have seen that had you let him inside to inspect. After, you pointed that out and allowed interior access, he did find additional termite issues inside. There is no reason for you to expect, that an inspection be free of charge just because you had to point out something out to the technician. As per your request we sent a technician to treat the termite issues the next morning. When he came, he was honest enough to realize that he needed more chemicals. Instead of using inadequate amount of chemicals, he told you he would be back in 15 minutes after he went to the supply shed to get the required additional chemical. You used that as a pretext to cancel the entire service causing us a monetary loss. We added a cancellation fee of $50 to compensate some of our loss. Our opinion is that these charges are both warranted and your expectation of free service for these minor gripes is incorrect.
I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. We were given this company because we purchased a home with raccoon problems and the warranty was through them. They set up 2 traps in our attic and have been to our house 2 times and it has been over a month that we have had this issue. I actually had to hire a different company because of the amount of raccoons that were entering our home and the responsiveness of this company is non existent. Upon meeting them for the first time they came hours late. If you have a warranty through them they will treat you like garbage since you aren’t actively submitting additional payment. RUN from this company. Thanks for nothing 👍🏼

Landlord contacted them for service at my residence. I wasn’t initially made aware of an appointment so they showed up while I was at work. Called when I got home and rescheduled for a day I’ll be available. Called them the day prior no answer and then again day of service and cancelled. Now being told I need to pay for 2 cancellation fees since they weren’t canceled within 24 hours. I have never had a contract with them and don’t see anywhere on their site about a policy for cancellations. Very rude, ignorant and arrogant customer service professionals especially Barbara who wanted to email my landlord stating I was lying about knowing about appointments and cancellation policy! I would never recommend them nor allow them to do business for me!!

Good afternoon. I apologize for the frustration that you are feeling. We spend time to schedule appointments and we send our technicians to their jobs. (When you called on Sunday to cancel your Sunday appointment, our office was closed.) When a job can not be completed due to customer not being available, this causes us a monetary loss on many counts, which we try to partially recoup with cancellation fees. On a side note, we pride ourselves on our great customer service in the office and Barbara, is definitely one of our most polite employees. Thank you for understanding our position.
The technician who came to my apartment was as unprofessional/unpolished as you can get. He took it upon himself to walk into my apartment without waiting for me to open the door. This is a service that the complex I live in uses; I would NEVER use them on my own. I would like to add that it was not the Bugaboo Pest Control Technician (being new here I was confused as to who was who) but the apartment complex worker (that accompanied the tech) who inappropriately entered my unit. Please accept my apologies; the person who performed the service was fine.

Dear Tonya,<br>Prior to our arrival property management is notified and they do send out notices. We also ask management to have a maintenance personal available to open doors to prevent said issue. Technicians are also instructed to knock three times before entering a unit if property employees are not available to accompany during treatment. However if you do not wish to allow entry you may contact your property management to request no entry.<br>Concerns like this are of the upmost importance to us .I am unable to contact you to resolve this matter as your name does not appear to be in my system.
