I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. We were given this company because we purchased a home with raccoon problems and the warranty was through them. They set up 2 traps in our attic and have been to our house 2 times and it has been over a month that we have had this issue. I actually had to hire a different company because of the amount of raccoons that were entering our home and the responsiveness of this company is non existent. Upon meeting them for the first time

Ok I simply have NO words!! Maurice was at our house today to treat a very unwelcome species in our home... My sanity was gone, my security was gone, I was literally curled into a ball as soon as I learned of our problem. I called a different company first to treat it. They sent down a technician (for double the price) who did literally nothing, apart from convincing me the problem originated in our garage. I was skeptical that was the case. He put some baits down and said "see you in 2 weeks".

We have been thru a few exterminating companies trying to get rid of our ants mice problems. They would come and spray a bit and of course not solve the problem.
