Irresponsible driver almost crashed onto a family minivan on the parkway. He was on the exit lane and quickly jolted over the median. Highly illegal and highly irresponsible. Don’t risk the lives of others because of a simple mistake. Do better!

Ok I simply have NO words!! Maurice was at our house today to treat a very unwelcome species in our home... My sanity was gone, my security was gone, I was literally curled into a ball as soon as I learned of our problem. I called a different company first to treat it. They sent down a technician (for double the price) who did literally nothing, apart from convincing me the problem originated in our garage. I was skeptical that was the case. He put some baits down and said "see you in 2 weeks". The baits were literally in middle of my kitchen and other living areas. Thankfully, my intuition got the better of me and I felt I can not trust the technician so thr next day, I reached out to Bug Swatters. Bug Swatters fit me into their schedule that morning and an angel walked into my home - MAURICE. Maurice came in with a confidence, immediately got down on l fours, and started moving my fridge, my oven etc and finding holes, runways etc. He scoured my home, fixing the problem thoroughly, and above all, calmed me down and reassured me that my problem will be gone in a matter of days. In his words, "Their party is over!!" Thus is precisely what you need when you are in such a vulnerable position! Thank you Maurice! Thank you Bug Swatters team!! Forever grateful!

So We had carpet beatles in the house and we called bug swatters to do the exterminating and they sent a very kind technician who was very helpful and did a great job highly recommend bug swatters as your exterminator.

Terrible if I could put less than one star I would! Multiple times we were told they would come between a certain time frame and the first time they didn’t come at all second time didn’t call text nothing until I called and complained that’s when I finally got a message moments later that someone would be there in one hour! Missed work for nothing
