We’ve gone through about 4 pest services over the past four years of owning our home. And while we’ve never had a “bad” experience, we’ve never had a “good” one. And we still haven’t, because Jerry was fantastic. My wife did all of the interacting with him, but the feedback she gave me compelled me to hope on and give a review. He was very communicative, professional, respectful of the house and personable. It felt like we had a neighborhood guy doing the work, because it turns out he is! Wonderful experience. It’s the type of service you hope to never need again, but feel in capable hands if you do.

Great experience from start to end. Had a small roach problem so I put in an inquiry on their website. Wilma called me soon after and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Throughout the process she was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. The day of the appointment I received a text that Jerry would be over in 30 minutes. He was right on time. Jerry was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know where the source of the problem likely was and answered additional questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was professional and answered all my questions about prevention, mice behavior and what to do moving forward for further mice prevention. He looked up and down the house, set traps and I appreciate his help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot thank Wilma and the team enough. I had an urgent mouse situation in my apartment, including one that had made its way into my bathroom, and I was honestly overwhelmed. Wilma was incredibly responsive and got Jerry out to me in less than an hour despite being in a backlog. That alone meant so much. Jerry was calm, professional, and thorough. He carefully inspected everything and successfully caught three mice, including one that was still alive. He took the time to explain where they were likely entering from and what needed to be addressed structurally. As someone living alone, this was a stressful situation, and their quick response truly made me feel supported and safe in my own home again. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.

We hired professional termite & pest control company for our restaurant, their customer service rep Wilma was very helpful,charming and kept us updated via texts and calls regarding our appointment our technician ( Duane) was very friendly and hooked us up with the proper needs in a very professional way. the staff is very professional and thorough. The services completed from A to Z with precision. Staff gave tip that were very helpful.

I had an inspection last week, Jack suggested several things to help with the mouse problem. He also services my building. They were here to service the building a day b4 he came to my unit. We found mice right after, Jack keeps sening me excuses why this has happened. He also keeps including my issues in the email straem to rest of the board and management co. I have asked him to sent the information seperaly but he keeps ignoring me. I dont think he unserstands boundries.

Would never recommend & work with them again. Bad customer experience & expensive for the minimal service they provided.

The worst!

Stay away from this company!! Their “customer service”, if you want to even call it that, is TERRIBLE! When you originally call, sure, they’re very accommodating. But if you need them to come back, forget it. I called over 5 times and the woman refused to schedule service. I was finally connected to the owner. I explained that less than 60 days from the original date of service, Im still experiencing the same issues. Basically he told me “too bad” and was extremely rude and condescending. They wanted $125 more than the $300+ I already paid...to come re-check THEIR work. They don’t guarantee any of their work and they try to suck every penny from you they can get. Offering subscription services to come to your house every month. If you did the job right the first time, I wouldn’t need you to come back that often! I have a single family home, not an entire apartment building. This should have been a no brainer. Anyone thinking of hiring this company, should take your business elsewhere ...unless you want an incomplete job by an incompetent technician and you enjoy wasting your money!
