Pest by MD

We live in a quasi-wild area in Hunterdon county. Blessed with a wide variety of insects and other pests. We would not be able to enjoy our property without their services. This company is reliable and do what they say they will do. Mike stays current on new treatments which is very important. We have been using Pest by MD for several years and couldn't be more pleased with them. I strongly recommend them!

Have to keep from giving Mike a 5Star review. Used Pest by MD a few years. He di control our problem. Does a fair service. Did have to let him go . This was only due to his honesty. Over the time he's services our home he always left with the words call me if you see anything. The few times we did ask him back he prolonged the second visit. He also came when he wanted and not times we agreed on. When confronted he out rite lied. This was clear even with emails confirming our conversation. Mike is a good guy a good exterminator. He like all of us jus struggles with honesty and integrity. That was our only reason we had to cancel our contract. We did not feel comfortable with someone dishonest visiting our home. We will miss him and hope to control our pest another way N honest way

Unsure what happened with Michael at PEST MD my company paid $421.17 for pest services at a location in Hoboken. After payment, he never went back. My company reached out numerous times via phone, email and certified letter. We never received any return communication nor the money. PLEASE BEWARE

Michael is the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to answer calls. If we have an insect or rodent issue he comes to the rescue quickly and eliminates the problem (humanely if possible).

Pest by MD is an excellent company to have do your pest control. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure our property is pest free. We highly recommend Pest by MD.

I am very pleased with Pest by MD service. However, I would like someone to look into my attic at least one a year to make sure nothing is going on up there.

Michael and his team did a great job removing bats from my attic. They excluded the critters, sealed up any place they might get in and even put up two bat boxes on my property. Highly professional, on timre, great value, thorough, and an all around nice guy. I recommend Pest by MD highly.

Was awaken one morning in the wee hour to what sounded like an animal screaming and running in my house! I later found out that it was probably under my floor board. Panic set in and I got on the internet and looked for an exterminator. Saw the good reviews for Pest by MD and left them a panic stricken message. Michael called me the next morning and said they would be by within a day to leave a trap. Good to his word he was there early the next morning. What ever it was set the trap off twice with out getting caught but Michael came back and reset it each time. One morning I went out to find a racoon sitting in the trap. Michael came by asap to pick it up to release it elsewhere. I was convinced this wasn't the culprit so I asked him to set another trap, which he did. The next morning I got the bandit. The opossum was sitting there in the trap staring at me! I called Michael and he came promptly to pick him up, he also fixed the siding where he thought he had gotten in and sprayed a deterrent around the bottom of the house. I CANNOT say enough for Michael and his company. They are ultimate professionals, caring, understanding, and know their stuff. I would hire them again in a minute (BUT HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO)! Thank you Michael for your patience and for keeping me calm. You are the BEST!

They do a wonderful job if I need them they come right away. Had mouse problem they found where they came in and blocked it up. Had beetle problem got rid of them. Would tell everyone to use them.

came to my home due to bed bugs, made me pay more then another quote saying he was the best and you get what you pay for this guy mike who is very good with words just not good with pests knew i had a tenant who probably would not leave within the 90 days he gives and i specifically knew i wanted it resprayed once the person who gave my home bed bugs left he promised me left and right he would well we all know how that went he states again he only gives 90 days AND MAYBE HE WOULD HAVE COME OVER IF I SAID PRETTY PLEASE AND BEEN NICER I WENT TO BBB WHERE HE LIED AND LIED AND LIED, WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY MIKE LIKE I SAID HE WILL TALK YOU INTO USING HIM THEN HE WILL USE YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN, I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND AND WHEN PEOPLE CHEAT THEY CHEAT

Would not recommend at all. Had him come out due to mice. He came once put poison was supposed to come back to close openings etc did not get a response nor did he come back for months... When he finally did he literally walked through the house said it was good and never heard from him again even though we reached out multiple times especially due to STILL having mice.

This year I was having so much trouble getting rid of ants in my home that I had to call a pest control service. Mike from Pest by MD was recommended to me and I was so happy with the service he provided. He was on time and did a very thorough job inspecting and treating both the inside and outside of my house. Mike was very friendly and professional and knew what he was talking about. He explained what to expect within the next couple of days, and if the ants were not ALL gone to call him right away, and he would come back for another treatment. After that week, I was SO relieved and surprised to see that the ants were actually gone! I would highly recommend Mike since he did such a great job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

The owner, Michael, has come to our home for a few treatments already this year. He is well-informed, professional, and very thorough. He has been very easy to contact and responds very quickly when we reach out with questions or when we see any insect activity in the house.
