Called this pest control team after my home started feeling like a live-action remake of 'A Bug's Life.' But let me tell you, these folks must've trained with the Ghostbusters because not only did they handle my pest problem, but I half-expected them to ask if I had any poltergeists that needed busting! By the time they were done, even Ant-Man wouldn't find a buddy to hang with in my house. 10/10 – for turning my insect invasion into a deleted scene!

A couple of years ago, I had a major mouse problem. Get 'M came and I had dozens of mice. Within a month, none. Since then, I have them come in late August for preventive services and last winter, no mice. Great job and always early.

I cannot recommend them enough for all sorts of extermination and pest control needs in both Hudson and Bergen counties. Santiago is always quick to answer my calls and can usually schedule service calls immediately. He is informative, thorough, and persistent! We have had issues with water bugs and mice at our Jersey City multi-family property - mostly due to the large apartment complex next door drawing extra activity. Since employing Get'm and subscribing to their quarterly maintenance services our mice and bug problem has been fully resolved. The few times our tenants do spot activity these days, Get'm is quick to make a house call to check bait stations and examine the issue. I know I can rely on them to handle the property with care.

Have worked with Get’m a few times and have always had a great experience. Very responsive and courteous, willing to work around your schedule. They do great work and I hope I will not have to utilize them again soon, but if I needed too would certainly give them another call. If you're looking for reliable, effective, local, and kind exterminators in the area I cannot recommend Get'm Pest Control enough. We called and they came to do the inspection on the same day. Our area is hard to treat, so a lot of inspection agencies turned us away...not Get'm. They problem solved and were also willing to try different techniques to address the issue. Great company, I highly recommend.

I would give more stars if possible. Service was exceptional and professional. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy services these days. We had a major mice infestation and they came and discussed options for removal. The follow up and follow through was fantastic. i am so grateful that we used this company and will continue to spread their quality service to others who need them. Great service! Santiago was very informative and patiently listened to our concerns. If you are freaking out right now like I was, you are looking for someone willing to look at every possible hole, fix the situation, and put a plan of action to work. This is exactly what we got with this company. (We've had the typical exterminator who comes, drops some traps and leaves a bill. Totally not the case with this company.) Two weeks after the initial assessment, Santiago came back to our house and the problem was eradicated. He gave us peace of mind in our new home. I was impressed by the fact that we did not have to make a follow up appointment for him to return.

I had a great experience with Santiago from Get’m Pest Control. He was very responsive when I first contacted him and gave me a prompt appointment. I had a huge carpenter bee infestation and he took care of it in one afternoon. He did a follow up two weeks later but he was so thorough that there wasn’t much to be done. Friendly service, good work, and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
