Tylor came prepared to deal with my ongoing mouse problem. He did a thorough search of my house, garage, attic and outside perimeter (in the snow!) He set traps and bait boxes, showing me where they were located and why. He also filled gaps in the plumbing fixtures and garage with steel wool. Tylor is friendly and knowledgeable and I can highly recommend the work he did at my home! Susan P.

Just a moment to say how great All Ter m ite & Pest Control truly are as a company. My wife needs to use a walker to move around the house. AT&PC called and made an appointment for am services. I had to go to have work performed on our car.I called and ask to change the service to a pm, when I would be home. There was no problem changing our appointment and the young man who performed our service was extremely pleasant and professional. Keep up the great work!

Above all is a hands-on company with great service from the office to the home visit. Great communication and very personable staff do a nice job at getting rid of and keeping out the things you DON'T WANT in your home. With an optional yearly plan, you get home visits multiple times a year to keep things in order. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

We cannot express our gratitude enough. As new homeowners, we were overwhelmed by a pest issue after a recent storm. All Above got back to me within two hours on a Sunday with a complete estimate and peace of mind knowing we were on their schedule. We ended up needing our crawlspace doors replaced, which they came back out to assist with a week later. Both our pest control and our crawlspace repair cost PRECISELY what we were quoted and not a penny more. We know we have a solid company to help us in the future should we need them. They were also super sweet with our pup who recently had surgery, which we appreciated. Would recommend Above All for termite and pest control. They are very efficient!

I been a long term customer. Above all always been professional specially when I request service. I never had a problem with the owner Mike. I renewed my contract every year for the best years. I recently did not renew  this year because they raised their annual renewal which they did almost every year I been with . I didn’t have a problem to pay a little more, the problem is when I asked if they charge the same price to new customers and they said yes , so I felt that it is not fair for a long term customer to pay the same price for someone who just signed up with them. They did not offer any discount or anything and didn’t even try to retain my business. Reply on the owner response: Very unprofessional and sloppy . She can’t even write my name correctly. This company used to be good when we first started with them, it went down tremendously. Service has changed and we were calling them more often to come and spray. We dealt with someone name Mike owner who onboarded us, and he was a lot sharper than this person Tracey. Very disappointing .

I would not recommend, they give new customer signing up the same price as long time customers. Service ok but I should not be paying the same price as someone who just got on board with them yesterday. Find another company that appreciate your loyalty. Reply on the owner response This lady arguing on something totally different than what I am arguing, I am sure she knows what I am talking about. We had this conversation over the text and phone , she continue to steer away from what we discussed . Shame on you ! I don’t know who she is , I used to deal with some one name Mike and he is a lot more professional and business mind than this person believe name Tracy !!

We had an unidentifiable insect in a bathroom. Jason took a picture but it didn’t look similar to what was in the library. Jason inspected the rest of the house and scheduled the next inspection. Identifying the insect would’ve given you five stars. Jason was thorough and we were satisfied.

We had ants. The first treatment reduced them but did not eliminate them. When I called to let them know this, they were pleasant and responsive. They came back for a second treatment in short order (about 3 months ago) and we have been ant-free ever since. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used Above All over the past year and are happy with the work they've done. The technicians are professional and courteous.

I've used several pest control companies in the past including the big name guys. Was very happy with the service and results. Above all was Fair, honest and responsive. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
