These guys are frauds. Do not waste your time or money. I called them to remove and prevent squirrels in my attic 3 months ago and I still have them in my attic. They do NOT say or do what they claim. They have not done anything to get rid of them nor prevented them from getting in. They never answer the phone and do not return your calls. A great company with an unbelievable amount of knowledge on home invading pests. They were very flexible and able to work around my schedule. The serviceman checked every nook and cranny for telltale signs, while taking care not to damage our home. A problem that I tried to get rid of unsuccessfully myself for a few weeks with typical Home-Depot bait traps, was resolved within 2 days of their service. Definitely worth the money spent and time saved in frustration.

Mark was extremely thorough checking every possible location for termites, ants, spiders, mold etc. He also took pictures of foundation issues which we would never have known about as they are in the crawl space which we cannot access.
