I cannot praise Ned’s Lawn Care enough. The entire team, from sales to the customer service reps, to their field staff are incredible and knowledgeable. Previously I had used True Green for 4 years and finally got fed up with them. I took a chance on Ned by using them this year, and the change is night and day. Excellent customer service from people who truly listen to any concerns and make sure they are addressed until you are satisfied. They really do use higher quality products, and the field staff clearly takes pride in their work rather than rushing onto their next job. I personally spoke with David Sierra on a couple of his service calls. He took the time to walk around my property with me and saw what needed extra attention, and addressed it. David helped get my lawn ready by tackling the weeds all season ahead of the seeding and aeration that Richard Ross performed a few weeks back. I also spoke with Richard once he arrived to my home. He was friendly, professional, and you could tell genuinely wanted to do a good job. Richard went above and beyond and did an amazing job! Now that the new grass and starter fertilizer had a few weeks to settle in, I am truly blown away by the results. My yard has never looked this good, not even close. This is a great lawn company and I highly recommend them to anyone.

**Update**: After seeing my google review, they checked the sales call and realized the agent never informed me this is an annual subscription. So, the billing manager called me, apologized sincerely and refunded my money. I am happy with the outcome, but wish I didn’t have to go through all this stress and hassle. I am adding one more star only because I received an apology and refund. Beware of this company Ned's lawn and pest control. They are misleading and fraudulent. They will subscribe you for any service you use even if you think this is a one time service. I had used them last year for the first time for aeration and seeding. I thought it was a one time service, but it turned out to be a subscription. The sales agent never once told me this is a subscription. I never received any email notification that they were visiting me this year. They said they sent me text, but there was no text. Why couldn't they send email? That way I would have known and cancelled this right away. I will never do business with this company again. They definitely knew what they were doing when they didn't tell me this was a subscription. I have used other lawn treatment companies but never been subscribed automatically like this company.

Biggest mistake I think I have ever made! They tell me a technician has just serviced my home, I have a ring doorbell, 3 dogs and I am home almost everyday, and have never seen anyone treating the lawn, although they were here the 1st time to put the flag in and take pics front and back (then leave the gate wide open) my lawn is almost completely dead, I never had a lawn look so bad as this one and I PAID for it to look like this! Never again!

Ned's has consistently performed excellent service and communication on the status of my lawn care. I contracted them about 3 years ago and my lawn has never look so good.

Ned's just applied a special spring treatment for lawns that have already had seed put down following core-aeration. Seems to have done a great job suppressing weeds while not stopping the grass from germinating.

Lawn looks good

I started my lawn care with Go Green lawn service that was later acquired by Ned’s lawn services. I was a satisfied customer with Go Green as they had excellent technicians and customer service. However, My lawn care under Ned’s lawn service does not provide the same customer service and technician expertise. My lawn look and health declined significantly in 2024. In addition the aeration and overseeding in September was unacceptable. My neighbors had the same complaints. I called Ned’s customer service to complain but instead they took the word of their technician. They eventually sent a supervisor to redo the aeration but they must improve to retain me as a customer.

My yard actually looks worst than when I started the service. I agreed to keep the service for a year to see if there would be any improvements. Part of the issue is my scheduled service constantly being re-scheduled and I am not told what treatment I am receiving I am told they are putting down fertilizer. In my contract I paid for more than fertilizer. My contract includes grub treatment soil analysis and aeration. None of which I have been told was done or the results of the. Soil analysis. Very disappointed in the service

Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, since my service has been changed from my previous lawn provider, I continue to have weeds throughout my entire yard, especially on the lawn on the street side of the walk. I have patches whereby grass has not grown all season and was told by your associates I should put mulch or resod. I am actually reconsidering changing services.

Our lawn looks good.However, last year we had it seeded, still lhave a large number of bear spots where the seed never came up. Mentioned that to Zach and did not receive much of a response. Also this year a lot of crabgrass is returning.
