Todd has a very unprofessional attitude. He constantly berated us for a bill that was already paid! When I pointed this out he became belligerent and defensive. Moreover, he generally has a condescending and annoying disposition. It's just not worth the headache to deal with this guy.

I VERY rarely post anything online, but in this situation, I felt a short response would be appropriate. It is unfortunate that Mr. Speck decided to post something online about Gotham Pest Control, which is untrue. The issue at hand is not a simple bill and a past due amount. It was a simple bill that was addressed for 14 months, that Mr. Speck refused to acknowledge or pay, and then would use silly tactics to waste my office staffs time and resources sending, and sending a simple fixed monthly invoice. For 14 months, he refused to pay the amount invoice. The other condos owners would also inform him of the conversations with my office staff and technicians, and yet again he would disregard the conversations and emails. Gotham Pest Control even waived the late fee charges over 14 months, until finally we just decided to treat this as past due collections account. Gotham Pest Control serviced the building for 10yrs and never had an issue until Mr. Speck got involved. Regardless, Gotham Pest Control is a business, not a charity, so unfortunately we decided to terminate their service. Good luck Mr. Speck<br><br>Regards,<br>W.
