Rami treated my home for termites and carpenters ants. He was quickly able to identify where the pests were and what they were. He explained the treatment plan very thoroughly and was able to get us on his schedule quickly. He treated my home about 2 months ago and I haven’t seen any more pests. Rami responded the same day to my call, 2 days later he treated a roach problem, 3 days later the roaches were gone and we haven’t seen one since in 2 weeks. Rami from New Day Pest control was fantastic. Not only was he super responsive to my bee problem but he came even earlier than expected which was very much appreciated. With a very high roof, rami took care of my bee problem with on the second level of my home, all from the outside. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on how to eradicate the bees from my roofing soffits. I would absolutely recommend his business to others!

I called New Day Pest Control in an absolute panic over some yellowjackets and a centipede in my house. Rami talked me off the ledge, and I was so appreciate of the fact that he came to my house very quickly - the following day. Not only was he efficient and gave me so much insight on why I may have been having some issues, he made me feel very confident that this wasn't as bad as I thought and that it was going to be just fine. update: somewhat disappointed as the ants came back within months, and they are not very responsive/have not returned to address the issue. I'm a first-time customer who was referred to Rami by a family friend who is a real estate agent because some ants were suddenly appearing on all floors of my parents' house. Rami promptly came over about 1.5 weeks ago, assessed the situation, and took the time to explain the problem and his solution (which he estimated would take 7-10 days to take effect). The ants seem to have largely disappeared in the past few days, as he promised. I also considered adding on a termite spray/preventative measure since he was at the house anyway, but it appeared that my parents had gotten a spray done only a few years prior and Rami suggested waiting to get this done later. He clearly works to retain satisfied, long-term clients instead of trying to just extract the most amount of money from customers in exchange for a 1-time quick-fix, and I really appreciate that.

If you have a pest problem give Rami a call. He came out on the same day (on the time we scheduled). I saw that a critter found away to get into the garage and also found a yellow jackets nest while he was assessing the property. He is honest and thorough. Price was fair too. Will always recommend and use him in the future.
