He did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was on time, professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. We had a serious pest issue, and instead of just treating the symptoms, he took the time to really inspect everything and find the actual source of the problem. After doing a very detailed inspection, he found a tiny hole on the side of the house where they were getting in, sealed it up, and fixed the issue the right way. What stood out most was how diligent and knowledgeable he was. He did not rush, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was handled completely. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping people.

James was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with due to our schedules. He did a thorough inspection and was very honest person to do business with.

Jim helped us with a recent ant problem. We called Jim after noticing ants in our kitchen and bathroom, Jim responded that day did a thorough inspection of our house and property. Bate traps indoor and outdoor treatments were used. It did take a two treatment's but have not had any ants inside house in over 2 weeks. I am so happy that I am now using Bergen Pest Management. He is a true professional. I had a lot of flies hatch a couple of times. When Jim started he did not assume what kind of flies they were but analyzed a sample and took care of the problem immediately.
