update: somewhat disappointed as the ants came back within months, and they are not very responsive/have not returned to address the issue. I'm a first-time customer who was referred to Rami by a family friend who is a real estate agent because some ants were suddenly appearing on all floors of my parents' house. Rami promptly came over about 1.5 weeks ago, assessed the situation, and took the time to explain the problem and his solution (which he estimated would take 7-10 days to take effect)

He did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was on time, professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. We had a serious pest issue, and instead of just treating the symptoms, he took the time to really inspect everything and find the actual source of the problem. After doing a very detailed inspection, he found a tiny hole on the side of the house where they were getting in, sealed it up, and fixed the issue the right way. What stood out most was how diligent and knowledgeable he was.

Rami treated my home for termites and carpenters ants. He was quickly able to identify where the pests were and what they were. He explained the treatment plan very thoroughly and was able to get us on his schedule quickly. He treated my home about 2 months ago and I haven’t seen any more pests. He was the only company that wanted to come out and confirm what the pests were before assigning a treatment. Rami is super honest and very reasonably priced, highly recommended his services.

I am so happy that I am now using Bergen Pest Management. He is a true professional. I had a lot of flies hatch a couple of times. When Jim started he did not assume what kind of flies they were but analyzed a sample and took care of the problem immediately.
