Malik is very professional

Very disappointed as the person that showed up was nice enough but was not from Superb and a company that they used when it was busy. This should have been specified when booking because a friend had used them and recommended Superb. I would have waited to use the right company. He didn’t really do what I really needed done as I mentioned on the phone. I needed someone to get into my attic and he didn’t have a ladder and just threw poison up there. I also needed a 1 inch hole filled n taped in the garage but he is not allowed to patch dry wall and stated he may have some “special” tape in the van but he didn’t have any and just threw poison on the shelf near the hole. He looked around the outside of the house and said no other points of entry except for the area near the base of the garage door I showed him…. He filled that with silicone and I asked about another spot an inch away but he didn’t feel it was necessary as the mice will look for the difficult entrance and not the one next to it!! I felt like he was too lazy to put in extra work and I could have easily saved $300 and bought poison and traps on my own. His answer was to place rat poison everywhere and hope it temporarily takes care of it….Once the winter comes around, I’m sure the issue will come up again. I guess that’s how they stay in business…. I have lived in my home for almost 13 years and no mice but unfortunately my neighbors house that had known mice in their yard, did major renovations and they all scrambled to the surrounding houses.

Malik was at our house within an hour after my call. Wasps made their way into our house from our siding so it was urgent! Malik was professional and courteous. He explained the work and answered all of our questions. We saw results right away.

Malik came the same day I called and was so thorough. We still had an issue with the ants a couple weeks after the initial treatment and he came right back to check some other areas and did a thorough inspection. He was very polite. Our experience has been great and I would definitely recommend them.

Sam was wonderful coming to us on the same day we called and taking care of the issue for us right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough explaining the entire process to us. He also made sure to ask about any pets and kids to make sure his treatment would be safe, something very reassuring as a father of two young children. Sammy was super professional and also very personable. I love that it’s a small family run business which prides itself on making each customer comfortable by always sending back the same exterminator and building a relationship. He took his time explaining all the problem areas and also recommended a contractor to help seal those spots. I feel great having him in my contacts should any problems arise!
