We had great experience with Arnold’s Pest Control! We called about an ant problem at our house and they responded super quickly. Our technician, Wascar, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was taken care of thoroughly. I had a cockaroach problem in my apartment and the pest exterminator(i believe his name was wascar) help get rid of them and we haven't had a sighting in a long time. He took the time to explain how everything worked and recommended things if we did see a sighting. He was very helpful and patient with our questions. I recommended him to our friends.

Had a raccoon in my attic that I thought I could get out myself. Well, I was wrong and had to call someone that was qualified to do so. I contacted a few different companies and decided on Arnold’s. They sent out a tech by the name of Wascar. Nice young man, explained his process and about how long it would take him to get the job done. What I really liked about his service is that he reassured me the raccoon was going to be safely released once he captured it. If I find myself needing pest service again, I will be sure to contact Arnold’s and request Wascar specifically. Very respectful of my home, time and concerns.

The office staff was nice deal with. As far as the worker who put up the tunnel, he put the tunnel in place, there was a space on both sides of it. The squirrels totally ignored the tunnel and they kept going around it and coming & going in & out. It didn't work. The trap placed in the attic, the squirrels ignored that too. I asked for pictures of what he did, he never showed the pictures to me. It took a couple of weeks to see the pictures once he returned to our house for another visit & charge. Once seeing the pictures, I mentioned the space on both sides and you could clearly see the squirrels could go around the tunnel. He said it should work. Long story short, for a week I haven't heard the squirrels so I had a contractor come over, they sealed the whole side of the house where the squirrel where coming & going and now no more squirrels. The contractors got the job done.

They came highly recommended to help with removing a bird nest in my gutter. I understand that they are busy and that is good. However, the receptionist took my info and said they will call me back when they can call me back. I asked if there is anything more specific about a callback or visit to the house. She said sorry we can't tell you when someone will contact you. So far it has been 2 weeks.

Well...They charge a lot and said no senior discount..

My daughter rents a very nice apartment in Cranford, NJ and has had an issue with bees for the last 2 weeks, which she is allergic. Her landlord contacted Arnolds who showed up on 8/9/18 at 3:30pm. Brian Denny spent 3 minutes inside the apartment and a few minutes outside then left without even speaking to my daughter. No update, no conversation and no treatment whatsoever! I've been a carpenter for 35 years and have never treated a customer like that. I would take care of my daughter's problem myself but unfortunately I'm recovering from a broken back. Arnolds Pest control is a DISGRACE and Brian should be ashamed of himself along with the landlord who hired such a pathetic company. By the way...I never write reviews but this one definitely warranted.
