The office staff was nice deal with. As far as the worker who put up the tunnel, he put the tunnel in place, there was a space on both sides of it. The squirrels totally ignored the tunnel and they kept going around it and coming & going in & out. It didn't work. The trap placed in the attic, the squirrels ignored that too. I asked for pictures of what he did, he never showed the pictures to me. It took a couple of weeks to see the pictures once he returned to our house for another visit & charg

This review is confusing. The tech showed you the pictures as is our practice and installed a one way tunnel which worked. A new opening required additional work and an additional charge in accordance with our agreement. Not hearing squirrels for a week is proof that what we did was effective. P
Had a raccoon in my attic that I thought I could get out myself. Well, I was wrong and had to call someone that was qualified to do so. I contacted a few different companies and decided on Arnold’s. They sent out a tech by the name of Wascar. Nice young man, explained his process and about how long it would take him to get the job done. Sam is such a personable guy. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, he treated me like we had known each other for decades. He came on time, extensively explained how everything would work, and made sure everything would be safe for our dogs...what more could you ask for! Very professional and has been in the business for a long time, as this is a family owned and operated company. Reasonably priced and will get the job done when it is most convenient for you!

Sammy was super professional and also very personable. I love that it’s a small family run business which prides itself on making each customer comfortable by always sending back the same exterminator and building a relationship. He took his time explaining all the problem areas and also recommended a contractor to help seal those spots. I feel great having him in my contacts should any problems arise!
