When we found spiders in our basement, William was the technician who came. He explained what needed to be done and worked efficiently to treat every corner. William was very fast but thorough, making sure nothing was left untreated. He also reassured us about the safety of the treatment for our pets. Within a couple of days, the spiders were completely gone. His professionalism and expertise stood out. William made the whole process easy and stress-free.

I called with a severe bug issue and handled in a most efficient manner. Both Joe and John were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this company. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 15 !!

They took care of my huge ant problem. I haven’t seen any back and it’s been over a month.

Had used them for 3 years and have 2 properties that needed attention for ants this year and 10 days apart.. Asked for a one time service and would consider the contract plan within 30 days. The 1st service man came and did an inspection and determined the problem . He sprayed inside and out and laid traps inside as well. The next week I asked them for the 2nd residence and they came but laid no inside traps. I brought that to the office attention and they concluded that the 1st guy would be written up for he should not have laid traps and only if I signed the year contract would they lay them for the 2nd house. Again that was a mistake on the 1st guy but for a repeat customer who told the office I was considering the contract wouldn't you have sent the service out to the 2nd house as professional courtesy????? NOT SIGNING A CONTRACT AND NOT USING THEM AGAIN!!!!
