I usually don’t make reviews but this is now my second horrible experience with this company in only a months time, I am currently living in a building with multiple units and two stories and apparently the rules here are that every unit gets sprayed every month but I have been residing here for four months and the first 3 months no exterminator but now twice in a months time!! which I would have no problem with if I had notice the day prior to prepare. The spray is poisonous!!! I was in school

Tech came out to apply for carpenter bees. When I made the appt I advised that the entry points for the bees were about ceiling level of the second floor and that a ladder was needed. Tech showed up without a ladder advising the office didn’t tell him one was needed. That said, the professional, personable tech was very thorough. Minutes after he left someone stopped by to do a baseline inspection. Poked his head up into the attic to assess potential damage (none obvious) then inspected the term

When we found spiders in our basement, William was the technician who came. He explained what needed to be done and worked efficiently to treat every corner. William was very fast but thorough, making sure nothing was left untreated. He also reassured us about the safety of the treatment for our pets.
