Deanna was so helpful. Very knowledgeable and went the extra step to try to identify how the rodents were entering the house. Once she identified this she went over the different things we need to do to protect our house. She was friendly and you can see she cares about her job!!!!

STAY AWAY. Customer portal has been inaccessible for over a month. Calls to company leave you on hold for 20 minutes plus. Take your business elsewhere is my advice.

I have had insight pest solution for many years. They also stated like some others here that they were going to do this “check” of the whole house. They came to my house and they also told me that they had an infestation. Keep in mind I have had insight for over 7 to 8 years when they told me this so I was clear that if they’ve been servicing my home how would I have an infestation. The man that came from Virginia he was very pushy he wouldn’t leave my home and was saying some very forceful things. I had to step outside of my home to get him out. It was a very horrifying experience. I was home alone and I felt like I could not get this man out of my house he was pushing me to $15,000 insulation and would not take no for an answer. I could go on and on about what happened. He literally stayed at my house for over an hour closer to almost 2 hours. And basically told me that I was going to be dead like Gene Hackman and his wife. At this point it became quite fearful. I did some research. Of course that was not true. I did call the company to complain. They stated that they were going to take steps to rectify what had happened and since that happened in June or July, they basically blew me off and have done nothing to rectify it. I think they were afraid that I was going post this review which I’m now posting and they have done zero to address it. I wish I could also post the video of this man not leaving my house and harassing me outdoors. Treating me like I’m an unintelligent uneducated woman. It was a very unsafe feeling as he would not leave and I am very educated and intelligent and didn’t need this man to force me into a $15,000 installation in my attic. He Was literally forcing me to sign the contract that day. It was very, very upsetting and terrifying.

Terrible another employee sent out by this horrendous company. This guy gets sent out for a call back cause the first guy did absolutely nothing for me. But this guy, he took the cake. Goes into my finished attic to spray a wasps nest cause he says they have nothing that can reach the peak of my home, which to me for a pest company is garbage. Guy goes up there and doesn’t close my window all the way after leaving. Not only is the wasps infestation still there but I personally had to battle at least a dozen of these things in my finished attic. This entire company is a joke.

Only left 1 start because I couldn’t select zero. I would avoid this company at ALL costs, I have been a “customer” of insight pest solutions for a few months now, and so far they have solved none of the pest problems I have paid them for and have had to call them a couple times to come back to the house and redo the services and still with zero results. I have caught and removed every rodent up to this point by my own methods. Not a single trap from insight has caught anything, none of the bait they left has been touched at all, and none of the rodent holes they have addressed have staid vacant, if anything more of them have shown up since insight has come out. Even after all this and several calls to them to send someone out to do the job right, they are still requiring payment even after asking 2 months ago to have services canceled and now they are talking about going to collections even though NOTHING on their end has been as advertised. If you are looking for a painful experience and process with little to no results then they are the company for you. If you really want the problem to go away then I would look for real professionals. Nothing these people do is outside the realm of what you can do yourself with a google search and buy yourself at Loews or Home Depot for less money, but they call themselves “professionals”. Awful customer service even by the so called “service manager”. Even down to returning calls in a timely manner. So again AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could leave a negative 10 stars I would, also any good reviews are because they con you into making one for a discount. This company is awful to work with. We first contacted due to finding a few mice in our house they sent someone out and told us we are “infested” quoted us 10k to complete gut the attic insulation and replace. When we cancelled the service due to my husband and father seeing no signs of infestation the service member showed up to our house that night without notice because his boss was angry he didn’t solidify the service. We also haven’t had a problem with mice since then. We then called to have them come out for ants and they cancelled the visit with no follow up from them to re schedule after being told we would hear from them last of all they did not come for our quarterly check in. When we called to discuss and cancel our membership we still had to pay the cancellation fee even with them not upholding their end of the contract. Save yourself the frustration and money

Have been waiting for them to show up to my house for regular maintenance for over 10 days now. Have called main office 3 times now with promises that they will arrive tomorrow and then they never show up. Have worked with them for years and spending thousands on mitigation in my attic…this is how they treat existing customers. Suggest you look elsewhere for pest control options - totally unreliable.
We have had insight for over a year and they are the worst. We have asked multiple times for tick spray and just got it done because now is tick "season", even though tick season is when the snow melts and ground thaws. We have had multiple wasp and bee hives that I have had to take down because the people from Insight either are lazy or just don't care to do their job. To put the cherry on top, came home from a short vacation, Insight came 3 days ago. I found 2 wasp nest outside my garage door and the largest spider I've ever seen next to said wasp nest. So no I would not recommend Insight to anyone who values their money.

Absolutely terrible experience with Insight Pest. I found out they had been charging me for 6 months without actually servicing my home. When I brought it up, they admitted fault and supposedly came out right after—but pest issues only got worse. I continued to have spiders, wasps, bees, and everything in between. Despite multiple promises to fix things, they no-showed me three times for scheduled visits. Each time, I was asked to be home, meaning I lost work hours unnecessarily. I tried to reschedule repeatedly, and even though three separate representatives acknowledged this was a major problem, they kept asking me to stick with them. Today was the last straw—after being told a technician would come, I waited over 4 hours with no call or update. When I followed up, they claimed they had only missed this one appointment. Unreal. They refused to see how unacceptable this level of service is. I’m completely done. Do not trust this company with your home—they are disorganized, unreliable, and dismissive of your time and concerns.
This company has been coming to my house quarterly since last April. I have more ants crawling around in my kitchen then I have ever had without any kind of PEST CONTROL. I canceled the program because they never stay longer than 15 minutes and I have a big house and a big yard. The spraying they claim they are doing is not working And they would not come back to us last time because I had already canceled service. Do you think to show their good faith they would’ve come back one more time! The ants are worse than I’ve ever seen them without any kind of PEST CONTROL! I would not recommend this company. They’re only looking for money. When I try to end their program, I didn’t realize I was in a contract – – they take your credit card when they first contact you.

I signed up for their monthly service yesterday. They blocked a time between 8 and 12 today. Nobody called to say they would be late and they never showed. I called at 12:10 to find out what happened. The person on the phone said she would call the technician and call me right back. 45 minutes later I had to call again because no one called me back. The next person I spoke to, put me on hold and called the technician. They said they couldn't reach them. I blocked half my day waiting for them to arrive and not so much as a phone call or email to say they would be late. I understand they have other customers, but it's just common courtesy to call if you can't make a promised window. You would think they would at least try to make a good first impression with a new customer. No one has time to wait all day hoping someone feels nds the time to either show up or call. That was a huge red flag for me and so I cancelled. I don't know how the technician service is, but customer service is terrible.
