Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to listen to the concerns I had around the home. He did an excellent service!

Would not recommend this company. Require a 1yr contract, which now I regret. Have had 3 services and each time I have had to spray about 2 weeks after because of mosquitoes returning and massive spiders near my patio. Would prefer spray, which I was told they do that with all surfaces. When person arrived they said they only use granulars. Also have had numerous reschedules because of them, not me. Also ways of communicating are awful. I am thinking going back to Tru-Green. What a mess of a company.

Great service. Above and beyond expectations

Horrible company. They don't do anything. We had them come to treat a mouse issue they put a brick on the corner of my garage door and threw down some baits. Can't back and did nothing the 2nd visit. I complained and they sent an actual tech he put a couple snap traps said they work the best. Got a couple. I bought a bunch more put peanut butter on them and seemed to get them all. Was mouse free for a few months. But now they are back and they came out again a week or so ago. My wife asked if they saw anything tech says "no all clear" she asked if he needed to get into basement where the issue was, "nope don't need to" well if he bothered he would know there are fresh mouse droppings all over the sill again and that they need to do something. I call to complain and their customer service is subbed out to an Indian call center that just answers phones for them and can't do anything. Don't use this company they are awful.

The point person Hunter was great, he was professional, not overbearing and easy to talk to and explained the process from start to end.The technican that came out to my house was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything, was absoultely a pleasure while treating my home. I cannot say enough about both Hunter and Lane. Good team!

The removal of spiderwebs was quite superficial. I requested help getting rid of some wasps and waited through two treatments to see the results, but in the end, I had to do it myself. Furthermore, the contract stated there was no cancellation fee, yet a fee appeared when I cancelled. I do not recommend them.
