He was super knowledgable, informative, likable and easy to work with. Our infestation has already cleared up and we signed on to have them stop by quarterly for inspections and other critters. Dave was excellent! We had a yellow jacket nest that had formed in our basement sill and started getting bees in the basement. We called on a Wednesday morning and he was out Thursday afternoon. He looked over the whole basement and a couple areas outside of concern we pointed out. He spent time explaining it all to us and answering all our questions, then put on his bee suit and went to work. My daughter especially enjoyed seeing him in the suit!
