Dalton has been AMAZING. We have had him at two houses and he treats each home with so much respect and care. Protects it as he would his own home. Above and beyond for sure, my family and I can live in our bug/critter free bubble. Does the best job taking out wasp nests, spiderwebs and unwanted critters.

They have done a very poor job with our coverage. We have had their service for several years, but canceled this year. We have had termite infestations in our garage twice. They refused to attempt to eradicate the termites. Both times they failed to detect the infestations, and we noted t j e damage. They also did not repair the damage from the second infestation. The fees charged were not worth it, since they refuse to honor the contract we signed with them. Be aware of these issues if you decide to use them for pest control.

Terminix, and especially Crystal and Daltin, do such a good job for such a large company. They are incredibly nice, very caring, professional, and do a thorough job. They communicate with me really well too, and nowadays that’s hard to find. We briefly switched to another pest control company because they cost a little bit less, but didn’t receive as personalized service or as good of pest control. Highly recommend them and especially working with Crystal and Daltin.

Dalton, the representatvie arrived ina timely fashion. He was very courtesous and went beyond the normal resposibilities. He asked about all the areas, asked about issues that I might have been having, cleaned out some cob webs and made a complete inspection of the entire proerty including our out building. He checked in and out with me with a friendly smile. i would recommednd this comapany to anyone.
