I signed up for service to treat for spiders. They did 3 treatments at that time I had more of a spider problem than when I had sprayed myself. I contacted the company, after quite a bit of time on my part to get ahold of them. I told them I was unhappy with the results of the service. At that time I was informed that the so called deal I got to sign up meant I have to stay with the company for 5 quarterly treatment's. The quarterly treatments are $149.00, I think the spraying I had done myself did a much better job. I told them go ahead and bill me to complete my commitment to them. I definitely think the service they provide is to say the least inadequate. I paid $750 for very little result!

I simply do not do business with any company that sells door-to-door. Just because they are working at a neighbor's house, they do not have the right to come to my door, uninvited. In my opinion that is unprofessional.

This company sends people up to your doors and they essentially try to bully you into hearing about their product. Terrible initial experience with this company and will not be using their services ever.

I don't like the aggressive door-to-door sales. The salesperson was professional but also clearly directed to use aggressive sales strategies. He said they can only offer a deal at the door and not over the phone. I think if they can offer you the deal at the door then they should be able to later. If he'd have just offered the information I would have looked it over and possibly become a customer. Now I don't even want to look.

Saw a video on my ring app of a salesman from Spidexx try to scare a bunny away by stomping and then picked up a rock from someone’s landscaping and threw it at it.

They charge 130 dollars for 30 dollars of an application, if your not watching charge that 130 dollars every three months. They only put out one application so it isn't worth the time.If you want to spend 500 dollars on one application then go ahead,but I made the mistake once,but not again!!!!

If I could put a 0 star I would (This does not have to do with service but feeling discriminated against) A few days ago, one of their Techs was falsely accused of stealing money out of a customers home... When the allegation occurred, he was not told about it until the final decision to terminate him. One excuse is that they didn’t want the allegation to trickle down the line of customers. WELL HERE YOU GO! He was not asked anything and they DID NOT follow up with an investigation on his side. He has been working for a company that Spidexx has now took over for almost a year and NOT ONCE did he have a accusation of stealing. As his first instance, they did NOT treat him as if he was innocent. They did not question him, tell him any details, and ONLY told him that he was accused and was now fired. The actual boss did not fire him, but instead, had one of his lead techs to terminate him.. (the only other African American employee at this location) he has tried to get in contact with the boss and he has not responded which has lead me (his fiancé) to leave a very detailed review. The company seems to only care about their reputation and not the actual customer or employees. We feel it was discrimination. This tech, being one of the 2 African American men at this location, was falsely accused and did not get the opportunity to defend hisself until the final decision was made. I feel like since Spidexx took over, this tech was targeted discreetly and they found a way to let him go. This does not have to do with service to the customers, no. But.. The management of this company is poor and if they treat their employees like this, just imagine the shady work they give to their customers. They say they want to have excellent service, but they don’t even trust the people they have brought on as techs. They let go of someone that went above and beyond for his customers. I am speaking out because he deserves the opportunity to be heard on his side and his boss NEVER gave him that. He was not treated equally and as I can see from other comments, they do not treat customers equally with their sale technique either. 😬.
