I was a little disappointed that the person who came to spray started spraying next door instead of our house. We have a very clear address on the side of our house. All he needed to do was look at our house. Other than that he was pleasant and sprayed inside and outside.

Anthony from Orkin does a phenomenal job explaining and checking for any signs of bugs/critters each time he comes to spray. He is knowledgeable about the work he does and always ensures he does a detailed inspection of the house and outside areas. I didn’t use your services but my neighbor did and instead of parking on top of their driveway to load and unload, Orkin decides to block our driveway. The employees watched me take a picture of their box truck ramp hanging over my driveway and told the other employee to fold it up as I was backing out the driveway and I had to stop because he walked out in the way. Then when I came home, the ramp was back out hanging over the driveway. But hey I guess anything to keep the customer happy but irritate everyone else in the process.

I have cancelled Orkin because of them not showing up as scheduled. Twice I have sent employees away who arrived after I cancelled service. Today I called and was told I could not cancel without managements agreement. I'm never going back them now.

TERRIBLE. No other word to describe our experience with Orkin. From the second I made the first phone call down to the last phone call to cancel service. The only good thing they have going for them is that they have very friendly and personable staff that come to the home. Starting off, calling the phone number listed for the branch closest to our home I was transferred to a call center unbeknownst to me. During that phone call we were "scheduled" for our first inspection and service. I was pleased to hear we were scheduled for the next day. My husband and I both work 45min from our home. So my Father-in-law came to our home to be there when the Pro showed up during the "scheduled" time. After 2 hours of waiting during the allotted time frame we were given, no one showed. When I called again we were told we were never actually booked for that time and day. After MULTIPLE phone calls to resolve the issue and speaking to the branch manager. We were scheduled for inspection and first treatment a few days later. After the first inspection and treatment we were told someone would be out in a month for a follow up treatment. I asked about how this is scheduled to avoid the issue we had previously. I was informed that it would be scheduled for us and I could view the appointment in my account online. Said account could be accessed through an emailed link after that first service. Fast forward a month, we had heard NOTHING about a scheduled apt, I attempted to access said account online with no such luck. I was awarded with "no account found" every time I tried logging in. Finally I called Orkin to schedule our follow up appointment, to learn that we had an appointment made for us that we were NEVER notified about. The next day I received phone calls from an unknown number who never left voicemails. After the second call I answered to learn that we were scheduled for a termite inspection and this "pro" would be at our home in 15min..... again..... we were NEVER notified of this appointment or that there was a concern for termites from our first appointment. (Have since had multiple different inspectors come out to tell us we do not have termites). The follow up appointment a pro finally came out to treat our home. Long story long we went through all of this headache, time spent on the phone and taking off of work for someone to come "treat" our house for the issue to NEVER be taken care of. The insect we wanted out of our home is still in our home and worse than before they came. Last piece, I called to cancel services with Orkin after being fed up. I was told that we had an outstanding balance for mosquito treatment of our yard that I had to pay first. Our home was never treated for Mosquito's, in fact I told BOTH "pro's" that came to inspect and treat our home that we did not want our yard treated for Mosquito's because the town we live in treats every Wednesday for mosquitos. All in all, our experience with Orkin was terrible, I have read quite a few reviews of people with similar experiences. Hopes this helps someone else avoid unnecessary headache. We now use a local, small business owner who does AMAZING. So... Support small businesses.

I had Orkin a few years back and canceled our services because of the lack of customer.service and communication. This year, we decided to try them again, which was a mistake. The General Manager even admits he has a problem and doesn't know how to address it. If the GM doesn't know how to address it, then he shouldn't be a GM. I canceled my subscription. I will NEVER use Orkin again.

Completely disappointed this with company. I made an appointment for Tuesday and after calling because I never got a confirmation email or anything, I was told that the appointment was never assigned to a technician. I was then told that they could be here the next morning from 8-10am. After waiting over the full 2 hours and never hearing anything I again called and was told the technician we were assigned to called in. We never got a phone call about it. So it was an easy choice to say I will not be going through this company and will find someone DEPENDABLE.

Service quality has really dropped off, we are seeing a lot of spiders and other bugs in the house . It takes me longer to spare, however the home max I use works really well , doing a good job both inside and out gives me peace of mind and satisfaction.

Last year we had be bugs. We agreed to a treatment, follow up treatment, and then 5 follow up "protection" treatments which we received August through December of last year. This is what was told to us at the time and this is what we agreed to. Well come to find out, your representative lied to us because he actually had us sign a year long agreement! This was NOT what we wanted and NOT what we were told we were signing up for! And when I called the Lincoln office the person on the line simply repeated over and over that she had the contract on file so I'm guessing you dirtbags get this a lot. What's more, the woman Also refused to even do me the grace of canceling the renewal of the contract, she said I have to call back in May. I'm guessing you'll hope I will forget or croak or whatever and you can just slide on in and just bill me in perpetuity. I will be 100% clear here. The business WE AGREED TO is concluded. I do not want your services at this time, do not want to pay you hundreds of additional dollars, do not want you at my house. If you have even an ounce of dignity you will cancel this garbage, not bill me for services I did not agree to, and think real long and hard about the kind of representatives you're sending out and the lack of moral compass your organization is operating with.

Had some miscommunication on when they were coming out but when I called they sent Tony back out in 2 days. They were friendly and proficient gives me peace of mind Update; Tony's not available so James called Friday the 26th I told them just to skip us this month. Just found out they were supposedly at my house yesterday. Didn't talk to us 1st didn't do the inside because nobody answered the door supposedly but I was home and didn't see anybody here.

While my technician Bailey is amazing and always does fantastic work, the customer care in the office has a lot to be desired. I called and left a message last Friday the 21st for an issue I wanted reviewed ASAP. I was hoping to get a call Monday, but without any follow up by 3pm on Monday called again. I was told that I would get a call back with an appointment scheduled soon. After not hearing back by Wednesday I called again and got an appointment scheduled for the following Monday at my normal time (4-6pm). My reminder text came that weekend, indicating an 8-10am visit. I had to call again to get it corrected. It shouldn't take 4 phone calls with uncooperative and unapilogetic staff to see my technician, and it's very disappointing that it took over a week to get seen. If I could have reached out to my technician directly I'm sure this would have gone so much better.

Multiple issues with orkin showing up at the time they were supposed to. The first time, the tech had a different time that what the automated text sent to me. After waiting for an hour, had to go back to work. The second time, I was given a 2 hour window, after I called to get a more accurate time, the tech didn't show up in the allotted time again. Usually service arrivals have been good, not sure why it's been difficult lately.
