What a great transition from Josh to Joe. Joe inspected my property and asked questions to ensure all services would be covered and delivered. He did a fantastic job. Right before leaving, we noticed a few wasps trying to burrow under the roof tiles. Joe sprayed the spot and explained how the process worked. Extremely impressed with my service.

Amazing Company! Our worker was the kindest person ever! Listened and literally saved me and my childrens lives. My kids are deathly allergic to wasps and Joe came and took the time to hunt down every nest as we were severly overrun. He was so attentive at wiping them all out. Wont find anyone better!

Was noticing tiny black hopping bugs, ants and something was biting me and causing reactions that were unbearable. Called Kodiak and they came out a couple days later and sprayed again. Always extremely polite and knowledgeable. So grateful to have them handling our pest control amd PC is so easy to deal with. Very happy with their service.
