Alex showed up on time, was very polite and thorough! He guaranteed his work, but so far (2 weeks later) and the pests haven’t returned.

Thank you to Alex. The wasps were everywhere!! He checked areas where they were known to have been, checked areas that were suspicious, and treated all the areas that needed attention. He did a thorough and very satisfactory job.

Frantically reached out to Dan 10 yrs ago when our kids came back from a 2-month visit with a relative and brought bed bugs into our 6-bdrm home. By the time I contacted him, I had already hired/paid two other companies who did nothing to help the issue. Dan was confident, knowledgeable and quick. Our nasty infestation was wiped out with one treatment & some new beds. Dan calls it like it is, has a fabulous work ethic and I’ve relied on him ever since. Because of our surrounding geography, we get all the creepy crawlers… bugs, snakes, mice, wasp nests, black widows. Since I ABSOLUTELY HATE SPIDERS- Dan isn’t just worth it to me, he’s a necessity! I can’t say enough good about Action. Don’t waste your time paying other “professionals”. **Dan- you better not move or retire anytime soon 😂

Dan is amazing. He treats our house 2 or 3 times a year depending on what is happening. He is careful, considerate, knowledgeable and arrives as scheduled. We will not use any other pest service.

Dan, is super knowledgeable. He’s not the run of the mill guy. Very personal and informative. He does a great job and was able to diagnosis accurately after 2 min on the phone. He got me in a week’s time as a new in town customer. He gave me advice on products and things I could buy and do myself to save money. Great guy, great family owned business. Dan with Action Pest Control is the absolute best. I have been a client for over 20 years and he has never let me down. He is on time, reliable, thorough, and makes great recommendations. I get a treatment in the spring and the fall and I never have any problems with spiders or pests. The ant treatment worked great also! Highly recommend.

We called Action for a wasp problem. They scheduled us for an appointment on Thursday between 5 pm and 6 pm. They called on Thursday afternoon to cancel due to wind. That was very understandable. They rescheduled us for the next afternoon, Friday, for the same time frame. 5 pm no show. 6 pm no show. 7 pm no show. They never called to say there was a problem and they never showed up. Very disappointing.
