Had a great experience with Best Pest Control dealing with a dozen wasp nests. Scheduling was simple and pricing was fair. Their technician, Nathan, was a pleasure to work with and took thorough care of the problem. He was quick to respond to messages, answered tenant concerns nicely, and worked efficiently while respecting the property. While no one looks forward to having pest problems, I at least have confidence that if we need further assistance we'll have a reliable number to call. Thanks!

Very prompt and courteous
The going rate for spraying 3 rooms baseboards for spiders is $200. The service tech was at my house for 15 minutes and I got a cool story with pictures about his blood clots surgery while my children were in the room. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this service as it it is overpriced and save myself from a huge disappointment. Save yourself the time find an online service that’s about $200 for the entire year! What a joke!

I apologize for your experience. However it sounds like you hat a discount on the service. We would be more than happy to set you up on a maintenance plan. However it would be more more then $200 a year it would be more like $400. However it sounded like you have a larger than average house so it would be closer to $600 a year. I’m sorry that due to the cost of insurance and labor we can not meet your price point.

Best Pest Control has been a lifesaver for me! We came from Las Vegas and now live on a 20 acre ranch. To say we have bugs is an understatement! Lance has been servicing our home and outside buildings for 3 years now and he has kept away all the critters for us. We highly recommend them!
Terrible. I have attempted to contact them a minimum of FIVE times over the past three weeks and have YET to speak with a real person or have my call or email returned. They know how to find me to send a bill, however. I actually wonder if it's a real company.........

I went through all of my voicemails and I do not see a voicemail from you in the last two weeks so I do apologize that we didn’t call you back but I didn’t know we needed to call you back. Excellent all the way around. No need to go anywhere else. Use them on all our properties and there very easy to work with and always on time.
They have come for mice in our house 3 years in a row.
I called the company and they were at my house the next day! Texted me before coming. Very impressed

I've used them several times. Then they quit calling and showing up. I had a very bad mouse problem. They were really helping. I've called 4 times. Talked to someone twice, was promised a call back. That didn't happen. Now there is no return calls. I've also emailed them with no success. So I don't know what to think.

scheduled appt 10 days ahead of time. active problem with spiders. best pest was short an employee (i found out later) and they simply cancelled my appt without telling me. not apologetic when i called them. leaves me in a bind about the spiders. they did not match their name. ADDENDUM: best pest control recovered from their initial poor customer service. at a second appointment, jordan responded promptly. he was professional, thorough and courteous. i will use them again now

John, I am really sorry Jon we had a employee that had an accident on the weekend and we were short staffed talk to you on the phone it sounds like we got everything worked out. We’re going to be touching base again this week to figure out a time that works. Again I I try to do everything I could to not allow this to happen but due to unforeseen circumstances we obviously couldn’t make it. Again I am sorry I hope that we can make it right by you. And prove to you that you made a good decision and calling us in the first place..
Horrible Experience!! Lance is too busy to help you, doesn’t return your phone call, does one thing and says another, and doesn’t refund your money if they fail to resolve your issue. Now I have to pay someone else for their unfinished work!! Don’t waste your time or money on these folks - or you will be just as sorry as I am! So disappointed - zero resolution!!
