Armstrong Pest Control

Armstrong told me they would call when they were close, I waited all day and at 3pm I called them to check on how much longer it would be. I was told they were behind and it would be awhile. I waited until 8pm and never received a call. I called the office the next morning and I was told they had come to my house and determined my roof was too steep so they couldn’t do the job, they never called me to discuss or actually look at the wasp nest. Beartooth pest control came over and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes. I am leaving this poor review because I felt my time was not respected, and they never took a minute to actually look at the situation or discuss it with me.

I have used these guys several times over the years at this house and my last. They are friendly, professional and really know their trade. They listen to the pest problem you have and have always solved it in a single trip. I am amazed at how many times I try to eliminate bug problems on my own and just can't get it done with hardware store solutions. One service call from these guys and boom, the bugs are gone for good. I feel I have a friend in the pest removal business by the way I am treated. Thanks Arenie for taking such good care of us!

Do a Great job, used them for over 10 years.

Disappointed that no one showed up when they were supposed to start my service. Getting no response when i was told i was going to get a call back on why. Always seems to have a communication issue with the receptionist. Was looking to forward to using them as Justice is very nice and heard great things.

Justice is top notch. He takes care of our businesses and home. Thanks!
