After moving to a house that’s been in my family but hasn’t been occupied for a few years to my horror I discovered it had a rat infestation. Unbeknownst to me I moved in right on top of them. Within a matter of weeks they were finding their way into everything I brought in whether packed or unpacked. As it was winter when I moved in they were searching for warmth and chewed the wires in my vehicle twice. They destroyed anything and everything! I tried every DIY method I heard about and spent a fortune trying to get rid of them on my own but the infestation was far greater than could be handled without professional help. The final straw was when pulling up carpet a portion of sheetrock dislodged and acorns began spilling out. I continued to remove the panel only to discover the rats had nested and stockpiled food in the framework as high up as 2 feet. Being a transplant to the area I had no clue who to call when I settled in Stark. Mrs. Iris was so sweet on the phone and went over their services they offer while patiently listening to my problems. She set me up an inspection with Emily and in no time she came out to investigate what was going on. As you can imagine my situation lended itself to embarrassment that I was occupying a residence in such sad shape; however Emily was professional, knowledgeable and non judgmental. She was such an answered prayer and left me with the reassurance that eradication was possible. I was so confident in their service and abilities that I ordered a years service! The only negative thing I can say about Emily is that I will be losing her as my exterminator as she is branching into the military to serve our nation. If you’re like me and in search of more than just an exterminator service but peace of mind Stark is who you should call!! Thanks guys!!
