I made an appointment with them two weeks in advance. We moved into a trailer that was infested and it was an emergency really needed them to come but I had to wait to get paid so I made an appointment for two weeks later. They never showed up on the day they were supposed to come and I called the Corporate because you have to go through them which is the only number you have. They kept trying to call the local office to find out why they didn’t come they couldn’t get them and finally a technici

Called about fleas, pest control came and only did a normal spray. Came back to houseflies as bad or worse than before. Called office no response for two days, called National and they could not reach the office either. Finally returned call two days later and was very argumentative about whether the call was for fleas or not. They did refund the monies paid!

Had J.C. Howell come out from Meridian and treat our house. Did a great job very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Excited to see what a difference this makes with all things crawling. I would 100% recommend him for any job you need.
