Dakota, was very quick to show up for the first visit to help figure out the issue. It was tough to pinpoint what bug was causing the issue at first, but he stayed positive and determined to figure out the issue. He insisted that we figure out what we were treating before just trying treatments and charging me. He was very clear about the whole process once it was determined what bug it was. Very prompt contact. Chris was out yesterday to inspect for pests and referred me to Varment Guard for additional help after explaining his findings. Mitch was professional and efficient when he got to my house. He showed me photos of the structural defects and explained how he can fix them.
