Cutting people off and tailgating it's not a good look when you're driving a billboard for the company you're working for.

They didn’t find our bat infestation. We hired them to come out and treat our townhouse for pests after we were referred by our neighbor. Our rep didn’t find or properly seal one of our mouse access points nor did he notice any signs of bat activity or intrusion points. Never did bats come up as a possibility during our initial consult or any of the three follow ups. During his initial visit he didn’t look on the roof for any signs of bat activity or guano and told us the sounds I was hearing in the walls was likely mice activity. After continuing to hear sounds for the next few months and after 3 visits from Laughlin’s we terminated our contract. Earlier this month I found a bat flying around my living room and Monday around 4 am I found a bat flying in my bedroom. We found a different pest company that has expertise with bats and when they came out they found visible access points just by walking around the perimeter of our home and saw visible guano when they accessed the roof. Two stars for prompt communication and ability to terminate our contract but unfortunately we were very unhappy with them missing the bats and the ineffective sealing of mouse intrusion points.

Consistently late to perform services and instead of being apologetic about wasting their customers time, they blame traffic for being 30 minutes late to an hour window appointment. How is traffic my fault? It's called planning ahead. God forbid you have the audacity to complain about your time being wasted that they call you back to say "now I don't like being spoken to that way" are you kidding me?! THEN sending their worker out and instructing them to remove everything regardless of the current contract. They refused to honor the service contract and show up and take everything away when a strong independent woman actually demands folks show up on time and to perform services that were agreed upon by a contract. This worker who showed up was tall bald and fat and argumentative, coming up to my face, and wouldn't leave when asked until I called 911. What ever happened to, customer service?

Kevin is the absolute best! He is always responsive, informative and helpful. I have never had such great service...I'm so pleased and couldn't thank Laughlin's enough.
