BOGO immediately earned our trust, and have kept on delivering. When we bought our house nearly ten years ago, we were surprised to learn that dozens of mice lived here too. BOGO came to the rescue, and we've been mouse-free ever since. During a recent routine prevention service, a technician found, neutralized, and removed a huge wasp's nest hidden in a brush pile. BOGO literally saved my skin!

Noticed dozens of wasps moving in and out of a small space near the wall of the house. Gave a call and they were super nice, understanding, and even found a way to get someone out that afternoon. They were able to come by, treat the nest, and the wasps were gone in barely a day. Can't recommend them enough, pure professionalism, great price, great service. No flaws in my experience!

Wow, incredibly fast service from this company, like in less than 2 hours after I called! Person on the phone and the tech were both super nice…and the yellow jacket nest I summoned them to deal with has been decisively “dealt with”☠️☠️!

They are the very best. Thorough on all aspects of pest control from how pests/rodents will enter your home to how they'll ensure the right exterior and interior sealing/treatment. Many companies advertise guaranteed rodent or pest control; they are the only ones that can resolutely resolve these issues.

BOGO is the best there is. If you want rodent problems to actually be solved for good they are the answer. So many of these other mice companies get you on a subscription poison program forever, BOGO just actually eliminates the ways mice can enter your home. Worth every penny.

I really appreciate that BOGO eliminates the entry points for mice vs just putting out poison. I’d rather prevent them from getting in in the first place than poison them, which can also lead to poisoning the predators that eat the mice. Sealing the holes is a long term solution, which I much prefer to a recurring service that lowers the mouse population inside, but doesn’t eliminate the problem.

I used Bogo Pest Control in 2024 for both wasp nest and mouse treatments—both of which were quite expensive. Recently, I reached out again for another wasp issue and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The way they explained the service this time was completely different from last year, yet they insisted that all this information had been shared with me before and that I had simply forgotten. I find that hard to believe, as I’m someone who asks a lot of questions and likes to understand what I’m paying for. During the call, they repeated the same explanation verbatim four times, even after I said I understood. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I’m frustrated and no longer feel confident in their service. I would not recommend them.

I couldn't write a review sufficient enough about BOGO Pest Control. Scott came out for a rodent consultation and was so professional, informative, and solved our issues. Will be personally recommending BOGO and Scott to everyone I know. 10/5 stars if I could

I have used BOGO since 2021 for mice and ants - they are incredible! Their warranty is fantastic and they do a great job. Every technician is so thorough and knowledgeable about pests. I love that they focus on sealing your house rather than using poison for mice.

Trevor just came out for an inspection, he was so helpful and professional. Cannot say enough how much I appreciated the visit.

Scott was so kind and helpful! He came out and showed me how to help with a mole problem in my yard. I cannot say enough good things about BOGO. I’ve contacted them a few times over the years and they always help and teach ways for me to handle the problem myself. They really want to set their clients up for success!

BOGO did an excellent job and they back their work. They were easy to work with and thorough with their assessment and mitigation service.

Even though I've used them in the past, wasn't happy with this experience - they were very slow to respond, and the pricing they sent wasn't very clear. Also prices went up SIGNIFICANTLY - they used to be cheaper than Rainbow Pest Control, which we previously used, and now they are more expensive so will be switching back.

They are great. We have a maintenance plan with them so they are out here four times a year. We signed up with BOGO four years ago and what a difference our outdoor space has been. I can sit outside with no insects attacking me. Also, we don’t have that army of ants that used to show up every spring/summer. Definitely recommend if you prefer to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Also, all their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Great company!

We have used too many other pest control companies that didn't fully inspect for entry points for mice and wanted to put down lots of poison. BOGO has a much better approach, which is to thoroughly inspect for entry points and seal them while spending considerable time to do so. The proof of their work is the reduction in the number of mice caught in traps in my finished crawl space. We only had two mice from July (first BOGO visit) to December (second BOGO visit to re-inspect and more sealing of entry points). No mice since the last visit in mid-December. This is great work by BOGO. I won't tell you how many I would trap most winters, since it would upset my spouse if she knew the substantial number (she prefers me to just dispose of them and pass on telling her the amount trapped). I strongly recommend BOGO Pest Control! And I love that they never asked for a Google review, like so many service providers do these days before they leave. But I am very pleased to provide one and strongly recommend them!
