Godfather's Exterminating, Inc.

Same complaint others have posted. Scheduled 2appts. The first one was a no show. They didn't assign a tech apparently. The second one was from 1-230p and at 3p the tech texted he wasn't coming because he wasn't in my area today. He told me it was a free inspection and asked what did i expect when i reached out to him. 0 out of 5 stars if i could.

Said they would be there between hours of 1-5 pm. Sends a TEXT at 4:25 PM saying they won’t be able to make and it cannot reschedule at this time. Letting me know 35 minutes prior to the end of their arrival window when I took the entire afternoon off work and waited all afternoon. Other competitors in the area closed in 5 minutes, too late to reschedule elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend their poor professionalism and reliability.

I ask for some help to remove snakes in my house and was told they can't help me...

Called for mouse problem. They showed up, said there was nothing they could do and charged me $100!

Apparently they don't service people that are only 9 miles away. People in customer service have no clue and actually recommended Orkin, so guess who got the next call and my business?

Taken over by Terminix commercial, excellent service!

Was a wonderful company until it was purchased by Terminix. Now they have increased their prices by over 40%. I miss the old company and would highly NOT RECOMMEND THE NEW ONE.

I called The local Godfather and was sent to a dispatch center at 0956. At 1515 after not getting a call back I called again. It is 1402 THE NEXT DAY. Still no call. No one even had the decency to just say they were busy. I haven’t even been offered the next available appointment. Don’t bother even calling these people.

We had a carpenter ant issue and Jeron took care of it and our worries! He took time to educate us on the issue, eased our concerns and exterminated the problem! Hands down the best pest control service in the St. Cloud area.

Had a very good experience with Godfather's Exterminating, Inc when they came to spray our business inside and outside. They are very affordable for the services they provide, very kind and very knowledgeable about what they're doing. Excited to keep doing business with them!

Best service ever; they care, they are knowledgeable and best price.

They did a great job at getting rid of my box elder bugs.
