Applicator did not cover our whole yard and then stood right in front of me and lied to me saying he did. I watched every step he took and watched him the whole time because we questioned the last guy that was here as well. They did the same thing a few years ago at another property we had and drove off. They brought him back and was going to do the same here today. But I don't want him back because he lied to my face when I told him I watched him the whole time he was here. I would definitely watch every move they make or just find someone else to do. We will not try a third time.... be aware!!

With up to 25 mile an hour winds today, June 16, 2026. An operator is spraying weed killer next-door. We spoke with person applying it and he was a smartass. Told us to call the company which we did. We told them we wanted it stopped immediately. We were outside having coffee with our dogs in this horrible smell came across the yard. We have many plants that could be affected by the weedkiller!

Cancelled in Oct prior to moving in Dec. First invoice was forwarded to me. Called to let them know yet again I dont live there and I was told by a lady I was good to go and didnt have to pay. I get another invoice forwarded yet again, saying I now owe $149.42 and that I didnt cancel till May. Unreal.

It is early June and a prime time to see if we have crabgrass, or dandelions, and all of the other annoying weeds that just seem to show up. When I mowed the yard this week I thought I would see some of them. I didn’t see any! Our yard looks like the perfect lawn I have dreamed about. One that “someone else” always has. Spring Touch has applied (I think) two applications of weed prevention and fertilizer and our lawn looks like a golf course. I am so thrilled with the service we have gotten so far this year. Thank you!
