John with Wolf Pest Control was great. Attentive and honest while being knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He helped with squirrels and mice. Great communication and arrived when he said he would be and did quick work. He provided a clear warranty on the work done and I'll provide an update after some time if needed.

John at Wolf Pest was beyond great . He was recommended to me by a satisfied neighbor who described him as "ethical and conscientious " and he is all that . I live in the country and started to have mice in my house . I hired a big name company and was very disappointed with them . Some guy would just walk around the perimeter of the house looking for a small hole . (Anyone can do that - including me). They could not find the entry point. John , by contrast, carefully studied the subtle movement of wood chips and debris outside but also conducted a very thorough examination in the house and discovered a small smudge mark made by a mouse on a ceiling joist that lead him to the entry point . Get this - John found a hole in the siding that was not observable . The hole was 10 feet off the ground behind a metal plate that was screwed to the house holding air conditioner wiring ! The guy is amazing!

Just bought a house and thought we found something that was very alarming to us. We called and left a message after hours and he sent a message right away with a time to come out. John is amazing. I have worked with several pest removal companies in the past to no avail. When john came out to assess a squirrel and mice problem at my house I knew he was the guy. His plan was sound and he was willing and capable of fixing the problems with a legitimate solution that took many visits of which he was timely, insightful and thorough. SO happy with the work.

I called Wolfe Pest Control in an overly dramatic panic about an ant issue. John squeezed me in the next day and took care of the issue. On top of throughly taking care of the issue at hand, he gave a couple preventative recommendations to ensure we remain pest free from other critters as well. Most big name pest control companies try to upsell and sucker you into monthly contracts, but John had none of that. Just straight and to the point. 100% would recommend!

Requested service for removal of a wasp nest beneath the siding out our house via Yelp. John responded very quickly (within minutes of submitting the request) and was able to come out that day to take a look at my issue. He was very knowledge, fair, and easy to work with. I live in an old house built in 1919. I had another company out for 90 days with scratching noises in my attic crawl space. After 90 days I still had a problem. John from Wolf Pest Control came out to do an estimate and uncovered the real problem in my attic which was not an animal of any kind but a scraping noise caused by the wind and a plastic sheeting. I can't tell you how relieved I was. He'll be back this fall to protect my house from mice that always sneak into my basement in the fall. I'm positive I'll have no problems this year.

John from Wolf Pest control was top notch in every possible way. He responded to my urgent late Saturday night phone message within half an hour and came out promptly on a Sunday morning exactly when he said he would, and dealt with my huge yellow jacket nest promptly and thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me, "You win the prize for the biggest yellow jacket nest of the season". I thought he was kidding, and anticipated that the fee would be very high because of being on a weekend. Instead, the "prize" turned out to be a senior citizen discount. What a great guy. We had a small wasp nest that we knocked down 2 years ago ourselves but they have kept returning to it in the springtime. Last year there were a few but this spring we had wasps flying all over and could not work in or enjoy our garden and yard. We called John at Wolf and he came out the very next day. His knowledge and obvious experience shows. His visit to our home paid off-- already-- only 3 days later, We have not SEEN a wasp anywhere near our house. What a huge relief! Very worth it. We had a severe mouse problem when we moved in. John came to our place and basically solved the problem from the outside. I’m not a fan of poisons ( kids/pets) and he solved the problem without poison. He is fast and responsive and friendly and very very good at identifying where to patch things up and keep the mice out. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Thank you!

We had some squirrels that discovered a spot to hang out between our gutter and our house and it was becoming a problem. John came out right away to check on the situation and gave me an up front, honest, reasonable quote with no hidden fees (like some of the other guys have). He got a trap set up right away. The squirrels were wise to the trap situation, but it worked out for us. They didn't come back to the spot, so no squirrel removal needed. John sealed up the gap, so no more secret entry for the squirrels. It blends in nicely with our gutters and the problem appears to be solved. I've had bad experiences in the past with other companies solving squirrel invasion issues, so John's level of professionalism was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Wolf Pest Control and would definitely use them again.

EDIT... Updated thoughts 3 months later down below . This company came out and addressed the issues for my home and got on the roof to check for wasps or bees nests and sprayed everything. It's been about a week or so later, and I'm noticing a reduction of those flying demons from the treatment. Decent price and knowledgeable . Thank you for servicing the Waverly area. I will use your services again . Sept 22 023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a period of time had gone by, & was able to continue to see a major reduction . I was able to get to my car and handle my garbage can without them dive bombing me . I was finally able to build my retaining wall and enjoy time with our new puppies outdoors !!! I was anxious to solve a yellow jacket ground nest problem as fast as possible. John, the owner, came right away - within 2 hours of my call. He sprayed the nest with powder. Right away there were hardly any wasps coming out of the hole. After a couple of days there were zero wasps. I am very grateful to John and so happy he could solve my problem immediately. I highly recommend!!
