First, just know I only write a Google review once every three or so years because I only write them when I have an exceptionally good experience with a company. Ken came out to help me with a low urgency ant problem. Service was 10/10. He even rolled up in an unmarked car, which was appreciated. Did he take care of the problem? --- He treated the property yesterday, and so far I haven't seen a single ant inside the house. Price? --- Extremely reasonable, plus no contract required for this pest issue. Would I recommend Arrow? --- Yes. Everything about this experience was better than experiences I've had with other companies. Just from chatting with him, he seemed more knowledgeable, honest, dependable, professional, courteous, and even passionate about his job than the other bigger players in the same space. I'll be recommending and continuing to do business with Arrow Pest Control LLC as the need arises!

Dennis at Arrow is a pro, he was diligent in finding anything that looked like an entry point into the building and sealing it. Very thorough and detailed explaining his process and the products he uses. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, or refer him, in the future!

My overall experience with Arrow was excellent and I can recommend their services without hesitation. Dennis arrived on time, listened to my concerns and was highly professional and thorough. I had concerns regarding some types of common extermination products and he respected these concerns. A thorough examination of my home, both interior and exterior, revealed issues that were then expertly addressed. A return visit was scheduled one week later to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. I was pleased to report excellent results and Dennis performed a thorough second examination. Very happy with our recent service with Arrow. The main phone number (Dennis) was quick to return my voice mail and to get us scheduled. Ken came to do an inspection to look for mice and entry points to our home - including going into the attic and checking the roof line (which apparently a lot of companies won't do). He was very thorough and walked me through what to look for in the future. Saved Arrow's contact info in my phone, in case we need them again!

Came and inspected our home to see where mice were getting in… not a mouse since! Quick, professional, recommend!

This is the second year I contacted Arrow pest control in order to take care of some wasp nests. This year was harder cause the wasps managed to locate themselves under the roof and it was pretty high but they got them all! Always super professional and accountable! Very affordable too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We've used them twice - once when chipmunks managed to find a way into our home, and a second time when bumblebees nested in our concrete block basement wall. Both times they were prompt, informative, and also less expensive than competitors. We hope we won't need their service again soon, but won't hesitate to use them again if needed. :)

Dennis was wonderful, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. We have tried multiple ant traps and sprays up to this point and nothing has worked, so having someone who was very knowledgeable take over was great. I would highly recommend them for your pest needs.

I’ve owned a number of houses and had my fair share of experiences with different pest control companies. Arrow is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable of anyone out there! They came out after another company failed to solve my mouse issue. Immediately identified the entry points (that had been missed) and took care of the issue for good. Added bonus is that they are super reasonably priced! I won’t ever use anyone else again!

I live in a wooded area. This summer I carpenter ants in the house. Arrow came out and really impressed me with how thorough the treatment was. He went behind all the shrubs and plants, under my deck and even inspected the all trees near my house to see if the ants were there. No more ants in the house. Now it is fall and I've seen a couple of mice. Arrow came back and examined the house and found several area where the mice could be getting in and repaired them. Again I was very impressed by the effort he put into his work checked every where. Also very reasonable. I told my daughter about them and they are going to fix her mouse problem. Thanks Arrow.
