do not trust these guys, the sales rep seem nice, but the techs 9/10 do not show up. i was giving no explanation as of why they did not show up. go with another pest control company, don’t deal with the BS lies and have to wait longer for another company becuz termix didn’t pull through. David Campel and every sales rep on the phone will lie and say anything to get you to do their service and i was on the phone an hour just to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Update: i emailed them 3 times, never got a response. i even called and never got a call back from a higher up, complete joke of a company.

I woukd like to choose 0 stars but it is not an optipn. This company is a complete ripoff a day waste of my time and money. I have yet to see anyone come inside my home to help me. Charged us $1500 on November 14th today is December 5. Ask me what they have done inside my home? Nothing. They have not shown up for appointments, ignored me during the appointment, literally took a photo to "prove they were there" and lol you can see me in the doorway trying to wave at them he ignored me and left saying I wasn't home lied and said he called me but did not I was there the whole time. I will be getting my money back or you will hear from my lawyer. Make a choice.

Very impressive work by Mr. Trice, Julius. Purchased a plan to combat our rodent problem our house we purchased last year.

Great communication & on time. The customer portal is ez to use. The Service Guy was efficient & helpful by educating me with some of the common things with rodents. Tom was awesome & saved the day & got rid of a dead mouse. This service gives me great piece of mind at a reasonable price. Customer service is wonderful.

Poor service. Will not call before coming to your house but expects you to take a half day off to be present when appointment is set. Tech lied on their report. Techs cannot see previous work orders to keep sevices accurate.

Overpriced and poor customer service. Exterminator left a bunch of dead bodies all over my floor of wasps and got his “spray” all over my belongings after I specifically asked where he was going to spray. I called to speak to a manager and they never returned my call. I’d opt for a different provider…. Not as advertised

Just save your time and hire someone else. Took forever to get the job done, got a bill after the job was not finished, had to schedule multiple times just to get them to finish the job. The service price is high on top of this, for what is a terrible service experience.

Do NOT sign up with this company! Some of the problems in less than a month: They showed up unannounced and wanted to service the inside of the house; Customer Service was clueless on helping with the no-show after rescheduling and said they didn't have any phone number or email for the technician; Management was supposed to call and they never did.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday and canceled cabin plans with friends. I got a call a half hour before tech was supposed to arrive canceling said they can't make it and they don't deal with the situation we have. They knew what we needed them for when we set up the appointment. Would not recommend this company.

Worst possible experience, schedule a time and never showed up, I called multiple times with out getting a clear answer and kept getting told to leave a message to inspector. At last the just canceled my appointment. No reason given. Very disappointing and told that there is nothing to do about it. I would take off that one star if I could. Wasting with others time is absolutely disgusting.

Working with this company and their services has been a nightmare. I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible. I have had the Terminix technician no show on me 3 times now and inspector has done the same twice. I have talked to multiple customer services reps over the phone with no resolution to show for it. I am more than frustrated with the lack of professionalism and respsect from everyone involved. I am being billed over $300 dollars for a service that I am not recieving. I have zero faith my issue will ever be resolved.

I’ve experienced the same frustrations as other reviewers. I’ve called 4 times for an exclusion service visit. Two different appointments were scheduled. No one showed up of called for either appt. I called again and was told the district manager for my area would call. After a week with no call back I called again. I wanted the direct number for my local office. I was told they can’t provide that service but they would send another email to the district manager. After again not getting a call back I called again! This time I told them I wanted to cancel all services and wanted a full refund of the annual exclusion fee I paid. I was transferred twice and was told I’d get a call back regarding my refund request. I wonder if I’ll get a call back. I strongly doubt it.

If I could zero starts I would! I can’t describe the amount of stress and frustration that hiring this company has caused. Hired them for exclusion and pest control service. The initial appointments, they were quick to come out so they could bill me. Only problem is that the first service was exclusion, but the tech did a terrible job. He missed several entry points and the pest control tech stated that in his report the next day. The pest control tech suggested that I call and have the exclusion tech back out to finish the job. Here we are, 6 weeks later and a dozen calls into customer service to state complaints about not getting a call back to discuss the issue. They have the national company and the local branch, but the national company can’t do anything to assist me. They keep telling me that the local branch will call me and they just do not! At one point, I had the national branch actually schedule me another appointment to have the exclusion work completed and guess what - The tech didn't show up! That day I called the customer service line twice to assure that he was coming out. They stated that they sent him messages to call me and give me an accurate time window and I never got the call. After the no call no show, I again called customer service and then they had the audacity to tell me that the appointment was not "confirmed", yet the first two agents that I spoke top that day said no such thing. I cannot believe the lack of communication and organization in this company. Honestly this feels like a complete scam to bill me and hide without completing a service. Now here I am with a pest problem still and an invoice that I am disputing for WORK NOT COMPLETED, BUT AGAIN, CANNOT GET THE LOCAL BRANCH TO CALL ME BACK!!
