We have carpenter ants, and we had previously hired a company to eliminate them. However, that company failed to do so. Tyler, on the other hand, was very responsive and arrived at our house within a few days. After treating our house and the perimeter of our house, I can confidently say that the number of ants I see has decreased significantly. They are dead inside the house, and the number of ants outside our house has also decreased dramatically. I am very grateful to Pest Arrest this time. We will definitely get rid of these carpenter ants this time thankfully to you, Tyler. We appreciate what you do and your responsiveness! I contacted Pest Arrest solely on the information I found online. Tyler and his guy came out that same day to inspect the house we are working on that has had a rodent problem for years. With nobody living in the house this has been a constant issue. He immediately did a walk-through and gave us a plan to proceed. They are very attentive to questions and concerns. I wish I could give Tyler extra stars. Pest Arrest is really that good. When it warmed up, we literally had box elders and Asian beetles coming out of the woodwork. Tyler took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and treat me like I was their only priority that day when I know he was crazy busy. Highly highly recommend!

Tyler was absolutely fantastic helping my husband and I get a tricky opossum out of our basement. We shot him a message late at night and he responded and was at our house within the hour.
