THIS REVIEW IS FOR ADAMS PEST CONTROL WHO TOOK OVER FOR EAST CENTAL. EAST CENTRAL PROVIDED 10+ SERVICES If I could give Adams minus stars i would. This company recently purchased East Central Exterminators. Dale and his family always provided excellent honest service, no written contracts reqired, a handshake as good as his word. Adam's took over, their business plan appears to be to provide unauthorized treatments and then dare you not to pay them. They gave me a "courtesy" call saying they were coming, then billed me for the treatment. When I objected that I never authorized the treatment, I was told I was signed up for annual spider treatment (not true) and they called. Madison then told me she would take me off the list for the "future" if I wanted. I will not be paying this bill and will bring them to small claims court if needed. Buyer beware!!!!!

We have used this company twice now with amazing results! We always have an issue with Asian beetles and hornets in the Spring and fall, they have all been dying outside this fall instead of making it inside for the winter! It is life changing! Highly recommend, they are so friendly and professional, they really make you feel like family.
