We have experienced an Asian beetle invasion in the fall the last two years and they are in the house for at least 9 months. Finally called Lakes Area Pest and I am amazed that the beetles land on the house and die. So far none have gotten into the house. So glad we called and will have them spray in both spring and fall season. Thanks

We have never had our house sprayed before, they came when no one was home except my 11 year old son. I have no idea what they did because I didn't get to talk to anyone. When I called they were VERY rude and basically they dont need to explain what was done. I will NOT be a repeat customer. Very disappointed.

I’m very sorry that you feel this way Crystal. We called your husband before we got there which was a 30 minute notice per your request. We did end up arriving at your home earlier then expected. I knocked on your door and your son answered the door. He said “oh are you the exterminator” I replied yes. He said “ok I will lock up the dogs and show you the basement”. So I treated the basement and gave him very detailed instructions about what not to do after I left. He understood. You then called and were unhappy about your service to our secretary. I then called you and told you everything that was done in detail. I was not rude and I thought I had answered all questions you had. If not and you have more questions or concerns please call me at the office.

I’m again very sorry that this happened to you. You were never billed. The technician made a human mistake and sprayed the wrong house. I offered to give you treatment at no charge. The offer still stands and we would appreciate a opportunity to regain your trust.
