Our lawn has never looked better! Biolawn does an excellent job of letting their customers know when they will coming to your home and if there is a change they always let you know in advance. They stay on top of any issues they see in the turf and suggest treatment as needed. We were the first home on our block to use Biolawn. Because of the excellent job many of our neighbors have signed on too!

Bio-Lawn and their team are fantastic. Tino was recently at my house and I’ve had other techs as well and they all do a great job with communicating when they will be at the house and then share everything they did when they were done. We couldn’t be happier with Bio-Lawn. Thank you for a great summer season.

bioLawn does a great job. We, highly recommend them. Justin really cares how your lawn is doing. We have a problem area, growing grass under trees. BioLawn works with you and your specific problems. They are very up to date on treatments. 11-2-25-Another good season with bioLawn. We recommend them once again.

I am a new customer- skeptic at heart. I wasn’t too hopeful about my lawn as the weeds from the prairie behind us were taking over. Within a couple days of the treatment my yard was transformed and looks incredible! Couldn’t be happier with my services!

First application didn’t work. They came back out and only partially worked. They approached me with a fall lawn aeration “special”. I paid for service on Sept 28. As of October 12, 15 days later I still have no services provided. Received a call from damage control Dennis. Gave a very poor apology and went off topic about natural seeding and such and my services paid for were aeration. That was it. Aeration. He must like the sound of his own voice because he had zero interest in solving my concern. He continued to talk about seeding and confirmed other customers are more important than me even though my money is in their till with no services provided. All they had to do was agree to fulfil what they approached me on and sold to me. This interaction confirmed they are poorly run company and clearly very understaffed. Hmmmm, I wonder why? Stay away!!!!!! If you are needing services of any kind I can promise you, this company will not provide it.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer FREE service visits, which we had performed for you, to address your issue. <br>Regarding the fall aeration special - The offer you received specified that the service would take place during the month of October, without specifying a particular date within the month. We understand your desire for an earlier service, and we regret that we couldn't meet that expectation. Our intention was to fulfill the promise of aerating your lawn within October.<br><br>We did engage in several text message exchanges regarding your expectations for scheduling, but regrettably, your messages took an inappropriate turn. In response to this, one of our team members called you to discuss the situation. During the call, it became clear that we were unable to reach an agreement, and as a result, we decided to discontinue providing services.<br><br>I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you experienced during this process.
One of their technicians sprayed chemicals on our lawn without permission. The neighbor’s border is easily defined with tress and bushes running down to the road. So it was no mistake. He apparently thought that the area by the street needed some chemicals so he sprayed about 12 feet of our lawn near the street. They have expanded quickly in our area so maybe they haven’t had enough time to properly train all their technicians? I’d be wary I called and spoke to a receptionist but never heard from a manager as she said would happen. It’s been over a week but no response so I’d be wary of that as well. No response if they mess up.

First, you have to wait a bit before you receive the product. Then you get a cheap piece of carpet delivered. After that, you give it a try. And if you still haven't gotten a single blade of grass after a few weeks, you are too late to return it. So this is worthless!!

We think you may have reviewed the wrong company. We do not supply carpet. Also, we don't have record of you as a customer in our system. If you could reach out to us directly, we would be happy to address any issues working with us.

Not the company they used to be. No longer pay custom attention to your yard. You are just an address on a route that the technicians just want to get done as fast as possible. Tore up my yard with equipment, minor but it happened. Failed to apply product / treatment consistently to property lines or in any narrow areas.

Terrible company. I will never use them again. Their stuff doesn't work and my yard is full of weeds. Don't waste your money. Call someone else or even do it yourself. That's what we ended up having to do. Our lawn isn't happy!

They were very good to start with. An arborist from bio tree was supposed to come twice and despite a couple calls, that never happened. And my yard was supposed to be overseeded last year and that didn't happen. Giving them another shot this year because I like what their objective/mission is.

I started using bio lawns services for lawn treatments in the spring. I had at least 4 applications. I found dead parts on plants after they were here. I also gave up their services after I found weeds in my lawn and asked them to come out to spray again per their agreement as apart of their contract, and after a few calls they finally were going to come back out to do another application so they could charge me for the visit and take care of the weeds then. I did not find my lawn looked good or healthy this summer. I also had recommended them to someone early this spring and that person started using them, but quit after damage to her plants and a tree occurred. Bio lawn also dropped the ball on follow up with that person. I was sorry I recommended them.
