We are so happy we hired Be There Pest Control to help us stop getting mice in our house. Erik came out the day after we called and did a thorough inspection of our garage and foundation. He found two entry points that we missed. Hire these professionals! Erik knew what to look for. We kept trying to fix it ourselves and put up with mice getting in for a few months. I wish we hadn't waited so long to call Be There. We haven't had any mice get in for over a month now. I highly recommend this business!

We hired Be There Pest Control last fall to prevent mice from getting into our house, where we would eventually have to trap and kill them. We were trapping a mouse about once every two weeks all winter last year. A friendly and kind Be There technician came out and did a thorough job of finding and plugging the little hidden places where mice were getting in. I was skeptical because our house is old and I assumed there were a lot of places where mice could get in. Well, we haven't trapped a single mouse in the 3+ months since then. I'm thrilled and am happy to recommend them to anyone with a mouse problem. June 2025: still no mice 8 months after their visit. 😊

They were unsuccessful in the remediation of pests. Additionally, they sent an invoice in Feb of 2025 that was never sent in the first place for service done in Oct 2024 demanding payment. Disorganized and unethical.

Professional and gets the job done right

We called for a wasp nest that we had over our porch but couldn't access. Mike came over quickly and took care of not only that nest, but he took the time to walk around the house and yard to find and eliminate two other nests we didn't even know were there. Great service, great price, would absolutely call them again.

Eric came out to help us with carpenter ants. He was beyond nice and professional. He took his time, none of it felt rushed, he was very thorough in his assessment, and happily answered every single question I had (which was a lot). He left me with great instructions in terms of what to look for after he was done spraying and I really love their 90 day guarantee policy. I researched a lot of local companies prior to calling them. So if you're like me doing research to find the absolute best company to come take care of your pest problem the first time, I can't recommend them enough. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent as well which is something I appreciate.

Matt came to exterminate bees that took up residence in our siding. He was very professional. I also asked if he could find the hole where a mouse got in and he located it and plugged it within 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. We contracted BeThere for rodent control in our fourplex condo building. Their tech, Jeremy, was extremely professional, thorough and friendly and showed true interest in the concerns expressed by everyone in the building.

Good pest service

They did a great job checking our house and taking care of the existing mouse problem. However, I had no response from them requesting a follow up for new ones that were showing up.

Frankly I am disappointed in their service. We have a mouse problem that has been going on for several months and gave these guys a call because of how highly rated they are. The exterminator came, laid a few traps down, than criticized areas of our house that he said were too cluttered. He came back for his 2 week visit and removed some of the mice trapped on the sticky paper, and that's the last we saw of him. We still have mice, and it wasn't until we started laying our own traps down that they started to settle down. We ended up paying this company hundreds of dollars to lay a bunch of traps down that we ended up having to do again ourselves. The only difference is that it cost far less money not using them. Our pest problem is still going on making our purpose for calling them entirely pointless.
