Braness sprayed our building for pests roughly 4 weeks ago, then the pests got excessively worse. Received a notice that Braness was coming back (today), but they didn’t do my unit. Called Braness to try and work it out and they advised they did every unit in the building - but after confirming with my neighbors on my floor none of our apartments were actually done as they were supposed to be.

Hired by landlord to take care of apartment bed bugs. This business is rude, and very unprofessional. Only spray baseboards. Was told we needed to throw out all furniture that had any fabric. Would never use them if I was in charge of hiring a service.
